Hi all, for POF, can treasury bills certificate and investment cert suffice without letter from the bank?
Also does IOM carry out med examinations on sundays? My appointment was confirmed for Sunday but I'm thinking it was an oversight from them. |

CanadianEnginee: You will get ITA with that 438. Just be patient and save your c$1500.
Btw,when exactly did you get the NOI ? Did you create another EE profile recently? If yes, when? Thank you..... I just created my profile on the 3rdd Jan The OiNP is targeting newly created profiles... Folks with not so great CRS are been advised to recreate another profile to get a chance at been invited for nomination |

Canadianfly: Mehn that 438 will take time oh. My advice to anyone in the 430s is to do anything to improve your score. Coz folks in the pool are constantly improving their scores with either better ielts or ECA. And with CIC sticking to 2750 ITAs with tie breaking rule and biweekly to three weeks draw, anything below 440 go hard or take grace. Beckycute1 accept the NOI if you can afford it and time is not a luxury. Thank you..... Will do but as advised will start gathering relevant docs while i wait out and see the next 2/3 draws |

40manlappy: I think you have 45 days to submit, right? Please verify.
Get all the necessary documents handy. If the scores do not go down within the period (say 40 days), maybe you should consider the OINP before the NOI expires. A bird in the hand....just a suggestion. Thank you.... That's what I plan to do.... There is likely going to be 3 draws before the 45 days validity....if not favorable, I'd go the OINP route |

Quick question, is it advisable to use Cic format for POF if average balance over 6 months equals half of the total fund? Eg Average balance of 2.5m for a closing balance of 5m |

TheCongo2: Mississauga and North York share the same borderline. They are all part of the GTA and in my opinion they are all the same. North York is the Northern Part of Toronto but used to be a city before.
The Jane and Finch section of North York is notorious for crime. Then again, this is how the Mass Media has affected the perception of a lot of Canadians. 15 years ago, my family lived in North York around Jane and Finch and we never had any issue. There are things you only see in the Media. I have been to Harlem, New York and also to the country of Jamaica and I didn't see any drive by shooting in those places. I am sure the day I will visit Lagos, chances are I won't see any crime been committed. Thank you for this |

Quick question pls.
Im currently in the stage of uploading docs. And i have 3 items on the checklists that require the EXACT SAME documents. I just needed to verify if its ok to submit all the documents as the 3 indicated or what. I was thinking it was a glitch but i guess its not.
Thanks alot in advance for your advice. I think they need not sure though.... The seniors can confirm (1) PR card 2) proof of residency maybe utility bill or rental agreement 3) birth certificate of both of you |

mamacajah: please do not be in a rush..I had this same issue last week and created 4 profiles before I found out that I was ineligible on the FSW criteria..So please check the FSW criteria, if you get 67/100 points there and you meet the condition of work for the EE, then you have entered a wrong data somewhere. Thank you.... I think I found my mistake.... Was inputing daily hours of work as opposed weekly.... I have a withdrawn EE profile, do I answer yes to have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? And applied for express entry section |

TheCongo2: I may be wrong, I always think that the relocation to Canada is one of the easiest in the world given the varieties of social services this country offer to its newcomers. I stand to be corrected though.
Therefore, I would never advise anyone who is moving to Canada to leave a child behind if the person can travel with the child.
You should travel with your daughter. Yes, relocating may be challenging and intimidating. However, you will be surprised of how fast things will fall into place. True talk.... Thank you |

Happy new year to everyone here.... I would appreciate some advise from experienced PR. I plan to relocate sometime July this year with my 5 year old daughter ..but I'm torn between 2 choices....... 1) Go first, settle and have her join me before the expiration of her medical 2) Go with her in July......
I understand its challenging relocating and more so with a child....but I'm not sure what to do.
Also, which is more advisable and more profitable in the long run
A Bridging program or a Co-op program? I'm into Administration and HR field
I would really appreciate sincere advise from residents in Canada.
Thank you |
