I remembered after ma high school, I have forfeit ma first admission n say back for 5yr,juat to raise money, then going back to school when most of ma high school mate are done schooling, then graduating wen most of dem are already working, it can be really frustrating buh on a second thought, some are dead too!
These experiences made me strong, I started looking out for myself at a young age, buh not everyone is strong, it can break some people, it can make em go astray, that's why we have to encourage one another, pass the message of hope, be our brothers keeper. It'd not how long buh how well. God will never give us burdens that we can't carry.

I had my experiences too but I must admit the fact that ur case is d senior and to the issue of encouraging one another, I love doing that.

Well, I can connect with the first child part.
I must tell you, its indeed a tough period.
Its a period where there will so be much critiquing on the decisions you make and how every decision taken will either make or mar u.
As the first child and being the first graduate of my family, I won't be kidding when say i have had a large dose of the responsibility talk.
Talks about the enormous responsibility of the first child.
About how my actions and even inactions can either have a positive or negative effect on my siblings.
About how I have gradually grown into the man that i am and how they soon expect me to cater for my younger ones, even to an extent during my service year.
I was having a conversation with my dad some days back, and he was so particular about how he wishes for me to get a nice job so quickly and as a matter of actuality, be responsible for not only myself, but at large to my siblings.
Now wouldn't you agree with me that this so much expectation on me at this time of my life is quite on the overboard? Well maybe yes or no.
I mean, In my 20 something years of existence, i have had to face the fact that i represent my father's image and in general my Family's, being the first child, son and graduate.
This then means that my work by the powerful hands of providence have been made harder and tougher, because I have to work harder to make it; to get it right, so i can be as they would say a positively leading example to my siblings.
Trust me, It's a whole lot of work cut out for me;
It would'nt be any easy, but then it's what providence have place before me and this i have accepted a long time ago.. I hope this inspires my kind.

like seriously, at times I ask myself y was i born as d first child after which I will breath heavily and say "may God help me" . the expectations were just too many especially for those of us in d average class. all we need do is to stay focus and continue begging God for his help. in your 20s u should be able to help in taking responsibilities on your sibs, for ladies settling down and for the first child u shld be a gud leader, seriously its only God that can help

I don't understand why people are attacking the guy that corrected someone else's blunder even though he went about it the wrong way. Its a serious problem. Don't tell me English is not our language so blunders are allowed. What's the point of spending a minimum of 18 years (kindergarten and nursery school, delay in entering school, extra semester/year and other similar factors exclusive) and still not be able to make proper use of English. It is appalling. You need to see/listen to the kind of English graduates speak, and the sad part is that most of us are going to teach innocent children. All I'm saying is there's need to check ourselves and our use of English. No offense intended. Good morning

in order to ease the tension at my home with beckytee, i have made the following resolutions:
