Nigeria to show that britain transfer a sovernity that we gave britain and we never gave Britain sovernity to our land. We still have copys of the treaty around in various place in Nigeria. And noway in those document does it show that we transfer our sovernity to Britain.

So if we never transfer our sovernity to britain how can britain transfer what they never own to Nigeria. Our land and sovernity was NEVER transfer to britain. If Nigeria govt take us to world court they need to show document where we transfer the Land and sovernity to britain, who transfer them to Yar Adua. And Yar Adua have no prove. So nigeria is an illegal nation with no sovernity to the land and people. Our land and sovernity still lays with the yoruba nation, which never transferred it. If yar adu have prove we transfer our sovernity or land, we need to see it.

Please confirm this with a lawyer. We have the power to transfer the land, even without the national assembly.  Or do you want us to take it to the world court. Ghana budget this year should be about $5 billion. we believe we can not make less than that a year. at the  moment the western niger area of nigeria just get about $3 billion. even when nigeria makes more than $20 billion ,  $17 billion goes mostly to the development of the north and other area.

Now on the issue of Niger delta. For you to understand the so call niger delta, you must know your history. The niger delta is an ijaw home land. get that into your head.


The dream of niger delta started with a young ijaw man call isaac boro in the 60;s . when he declared a nation called niger delta. Which consist in map term of Ijaw area of bayelsa and  rivers and ( former delta province in the former Mid western region). Please note that when he declared this region, the MID WEST region did exist. So he never had in mind other ethnics group like Uhrobo, itsekiri, Edo,isoko, ishan and others in mind. That was in the 60's. He wanted is ijaw niger delta  to exist side by side the mid west region.



In 1995 Abacha called a conference where the 6 zone was discuss. Please note that the Yorubas boycotted the conference Abacha hand pick most of the members of that conference. Please verify the information on the website of Human right watch. And on BBC website.  So we the Yorubas do not recognized the 6 zone because we were not part of the decision to have 6 zone. Why did we boycott the conference. June 12 and the fact that the member where mostly undemocratically elected and mostly UNELECTED AND HAND PICKED MEN WHERE THE ARCHITECT OF THE ABACHA 6 ZONE WHICH THE YORUBAS BOYCOTTED .    see note below members of the senate where arrest to make sure the conference was pass in early july.  So where did we nigerian accept the so called stupid ABACHA 6 Zone.   See links from the united nation.   Note abiola was arrested on the 23 of june and abacha force his ABACHA 6 ZONE on nigeria in july and members of the senate where also locked up in jail days before the end of the conference.

On the day of the elections, approximately fifteen human rights and pro-democracy activists were arrested, allegedly for trying to disrupt the elections. They were later released.

In late May and early June, members of Nigeria's disbanded legislature met secretly and issued statements calling on Abacha to surrender power to Abiola. On June 1, Ameh Ebute, the former senate president, publicly announced the senators' decision to reconvene. Ebute was arrested the following day. Many more arrests of former senators, former members of the House of Representatives, former governors, and others quickly followed. Many of those arrested were detained without charge for days or weeks. At least thirteen, however, were charged with treason and held for nearly two months before being released on bail. They included six senators, several governors, and several members of NADECO. The six senators were granted bail when they appeared in court on July 27, but their passports were impounded on court orders and they were put under surveillance. Some have been detained again; others have gone into hiding.

On June 11, Chief Abiola declared himself president. He was arrested on June 23 and held incommunicado until his first court appearance on July 5, when, at a Federal High Court in Abuja that had been set up especially for his trial, he was charged with various counts of treason.

So when you hear some people talking of equity in the zone , which first of all we boycotted , you know they are either fooling themself that it is not possible. And they should stop telling their people lies. we have satellite picture that would prove that there can not be equity in the number of state. And they should stop telling their people lies.  The igbos have to note , that even before the Abacha zone there was the MID WEST , which have more land area and about the same population from satellite picture with it. Do you give the Igbo zone without considering the MID WEST first. ?? And why are the igbos having 5 states while the mid west have 2.


And the true is the Ijaw national conference which was main sponsored by Depreye Alamieyeseigha( former governor of bayelsa state ) are the brain behind the Niger delta republic.  Nobody is saying that the Ijaw should not have a country. I believe they have a right to determine their future. But their should note that in the southsouth their are other people too.   Before the Ijaw keep on pushing Niger delta on others they must as what happen to the mid west.

The Ijaw group in a letter MOSIEND - USA/03/SEC/VOL1/95 of 23rd January 1995 to President Bill Clinton of the United States declared their decision to "create and operate a contiguous country out of present Nigeria which we would like to be named as REPUBULIC OF THE NIGER DELTA, embracing all the Ijaws from Apoi / Arogbo in Ondo State to Opobo / Andoni on the Eastern banks of the Qua-lboe River in Akwa Iboe State". The same group had earlier on in their letter MOSIEND/S/003/VOL1.1/01 dated 14th July 1994 demanded specifically of the British Government through Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II the abrogation of the Treaties of "Friendship, trade and protection signed between the IJAWS and the British Government on the 25th of January 1836 at Bonny" to free them to proceed to create their Republic of the Niger Delta. In several other statements and press releases the Ijaw have claimed the ownership of the Nigerian coastline and do invariably regard, erroneously, the Niger Delta as their exclusive homeland, regardless of other several ethnicities within the area. Their intention is to acquire and control illegally and by violence all oil and gas producing areas of other ethnic nationalities in the Niger Delta. In order to achieve this objective of the Niger Delta Republic, the INC has goaded various Ijaw groups into this naked aggression of fighting other ethnic groups. In their inordinate ambition therefore, the Ijaws have sought, in addition to their Bayelsa State and three other Ijaw Local Government areas on the Western Delta, to control and assert their authority over Benin land, Itsekiri land, llaje land in Ondo State and parts of Lagos State
