You forget in nigeria it is who you know and your tribe that determines promotion in the army. That why. most of the people in the army  that they promote are northerner , while are mostly southern are majority. They just don't get promoted. I don't want to post my fact online for security reason. Southerner have always been more than northerner in all force even in the police.

The north just promote their people. You need to live in the barrack to know what is going on. Call a barrack person you know and ask.

If you find out there are better officer than this one Yar Adua promoted in the army. Do a research? it is just discrimination.
