I have been to the two States and I can tell you that every part of Anambra is developing simultaneously. Onitsha, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Agulu, Nkpor, Awka.
Is just Ibadan in Oyo.

Now you see why you should hold your government responsible for not being able to develop anambra (one local government) if compared to Ibadan. Why will you even be making analogy between Anambra and Lagos ? Lagos development is glaring for all to see in Africa in term of population, wealth and infrastructure while Anambra is being packaged for what it is not. In term of land mass, population and IGR generation, ibadan is superior to anambra. The worst set back is that it hosts number 10 terrorist in the world which drags her development. Until Anambra gets wealth and infrastructure of Lagos, don't put it in the same equation to solve for x because it is already known that x in Anambra case is backwardness
