Museum of Illusions!!! A place to be.
When they say "mind what you see," it's a friendly advise.
The museum really played with our optical powers.

We loved the museum absolutely, from the beautiful scenery, to the tour guards to each masterpieces from one direction to another.

Illusions are source of fascination, commonly used by artists.

Importance of Optical illusion
*Entertainment purposes: In museums for viewing pleasure, In Videography, in Photography

*Fashion purposes: To enhance your appearance to make you look bigger, smaller, shorter, taller etc.

*Training the mind: There is power in focus

*Education purpose: Has some practical principles of Physics in it. Remember your lenses, refraction, reflection, superimposed rays, refractive prisms, superimposed mirrors etc

*Appreciation of creativity found in Artistry and human nature

Iftar, also known as futoor (from فطور, fuṭūr, 'breakfast'), is the evening meal with which Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset. They break their fast at the time of the call to prayer (adhan) for the evening prayer.

We were invited for a Ramadan iftar ceremony and all I can say is it exuded royalty.

The red carpet at the entrance had a unique digital camera that could print out your pictures immediately if you want.

There was face painting section for kids, coffee and ice cream stand, vintage decorations and photobooths.

What about the hall itself? Massive, beautiful, elegant, gorgeous with chandeliers and great lighting.

The ushers too were looking dashing, offered us to our seats graciously.

The food was mouth watering from appetizers to main course to desserts. The main course was preserved hots using special cooking wares.

I had the time of my life

As a foodie, the highlight of the iftar ceremony I attended was the food.

Let's start from the appetizers, we had lots of meat balls, mozzarella, spinach, lettuce salad �, cabbage.

The main courses had so many rich Saudi delicacies but I was most familiar with my rice and spaghetti.

The desserts section had so many variety of cakes, chocolates, creamy crumbles.

Of course there was water, this water was in glass bottles and tasted cripsy clear, I had the time of my life.

At the lobby, there was popcorn, coffee, ice-cream to consume right on spot or take home.

Have you heard about Suncity in Saudi Arabia,it is located in Riyadh. Suncity trading Co is a place where you can get really nice things at affordable price.

When I entered, I started my tour from the "eye catching" section where kitchen utensils are sold. Another section had on display organising tools such as eyeglass holder, adhesive hooks etc

I noticed this mall was heavily loaded with display items but well arranged with courteous staff

The best part of my shopping was when I saw a bag that was light weight and was big enough that could be used to keep underwears, I didn't delay in getting it, when I got home it was the perfect fit for my underwears.

A store inscribed on their label "quality doesn't mean expensive" and I can testify.

I made a very simple flower vase from plastic bottle, it saved me a little change.
I got flowers with no vase, to preserve it and make it memorable, I decided to make a flower vase out of the resources I had around me at home (DIY)
All I needed were:
1. Plastic bottle
2. Glue gun with glue stick
3. Glitters
4. Blade
5. Zigzag scissors
I try as much as possible to create something beautiful from waste.
