Grade 3 hang out from the anus when you go to the toilet. You may feel one or more as small, soft lumps that hang from the anus. However, you can push them back inside the anus with a finger.
Grade 4 permanently hang down from within the anus, and you cannot push them back inside. They sometimes become quite large.
Haemorrhoids (piles)
Sometimes there are no symptoms and may not realise that you have any piles.

The most common symptom is bleeding after going to the toilet to pass stools (faeces). The blood is usually bright red and may be noticed on the toilet tissue, in the toilet pan or coating the stools.

A pile can hang down (prolapse) and can be felt outside the back passage. Often, it can be pushed back up after you have been to the toilet. However, more severe piles remain permanently prolapsed and cannot be pushed back up inside.

Small internal piles are usually painless. Larger piles may cause a mucous discharge, some pain, irritation and itch. The discharge may irritate the skin around the anus. You may have a sense of fullness in the anus, or a feeling of not fully emptying your back passage when you go to the toilet.

A possible complication of piles that hang down is that they can 'strangulate'. This means that the blood supply to the pile has been cut off. A blood clot (thrombosis) can form within the pile. HERDSMEN FLEE DELTA COMMUNITY AS THUNDER STRIKE KILLS 12 COWS

Herdsmen on Sunday evening of May 2, ran away from Urhodo-Ovu community in Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State as thunder strike killed 12 of their cows.

The herdsmen and the cows were in their settlement when the incident occurred minutes after the heavy downpour, DAILY POST gathered.

Indigenes and residents of the community especially farmers were, however, happy over the incident.

At the time of filing this report, the 12 dead cows were still lying fallow on the ground.

The incident caused serious tension amongst the herdsmen as they quickly moved their belongings and ran away from the community for fear of being struck dead by the same thunder

Hit And Run Driver Kills Pregnant Woman & Her Husband. They Were Newly Married

A hit and run driver on Sunday evening allegedly knocked down a couple trying to cross the ever busy NPA Expressway in front of the PTI conference center, Warri.

Focus Naija reported that the victims had attended a birthday ceremony that was held at the PTI conference centre and were returning when the speeding vehicle crushed them to death.

The victims of the unfortunate accident were identified as Mr & Mrs Kingsley Akpor and the husband was a photographer that has a studio (Kiz Best Images) located at Agbarho.

The couple got married on December 21st, 2020 and the heavily pregnant wife was billed to deliver their first child this week.

As at the time of filing this report, their remains have been deposited at the Ekpan General hospital Mortuary.

May their souls Rest In Peace.
