You can start your Visa application now and expect a miracle decision from IRCC before your resumption date in January..

Use your LOA for the January resumption to apply for your Visa, if your resumption day comes without a final decision, you will have to defer to September and send the LOA of September to them via Webform and also Email...

But like I said, a miracle can happen for you, Canada may give you a Christmas gift of approval..

So apply now with faith, if you can...

If it was an upfront medicals? they will give you e-medical slip, then that's what you will send via webform and email. But since It was medical request from IRCC, and as IOM has said they sent your medicals to IRCC, your free to be sending them mails as regards your medicals. Once sent by IOM or Qlife to IRCC, it will surely get to them and it will get updated accordingly.

Mind you, they, IRCC have backlogs of medicals to be updated. So you may need to give them sometime (hrs or days) to effect that.

For medical request, they do not give the emedical sheet that people that did upfront medicals submit. Since they have confirmed submission to IRCC, IRCC will go ahead to review and update even if you do nothing but if it takes long to update, then you can just send a mail and raise webform too to inform them you have done your medical and it has been submitted for review, untill they attend to it.

Since you went with a medical request, you don't need to upload anything. It will be updated.

Please I booked upfront medical with IOM but I can’t find a way to make payment no contact number is on their Site. Any help will be appreciated

IOM just uploaded my medical result. Please how can I follow up with IRCC.
IOM said they can only give me blood test results which I suppose it's not enough for me to upload via web form.
I’m guessing probably because I went with a medical request.

Please do I need to be disturbing IRCC till they update my medical to pass and issue BVL & PPR. And how do I go about it.
