jesusjnr2020: You are on point. I tell people that Apostle Paul’s provisions in 1st Corinthians 14: 34 was specifically directed towards the women in Corinth due to their argumentative nature. One cannot really understand the scriptures if one isn’t well grounded in History especially, including Biology and Geography. |
Business / Re: Expedite Action On Recapitalisation, CBN Tells Banks by Bekermann(m): 10:14am On Mar 27 |
When President Tinubu said a trillion dollar economy is possible for Nigeria, people were mocking him. One thing I admire about him is that there’s no such thing as impossible in his dictionary. This recapitalization policy by the CBN governor is a step in the right direction. He seems to be a very brilliant man. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria 2 Likes |

How come the Boeing 777 and the Airbus A350 didn’t make that list? For the records, the Boeing 777 is a very powerful vehicle with its engine circumference as large as the fuselage of the Boeing 737. Airbus developed the A350 to rival the B777. |

That’s not very true, we would have been a better country if Gen. Aguiyi-Ironsi did not effect the promulgation of the now-infamous "Decree No. 34", which abrogated the country's federal structure into a unitary one that’s still in effect till this day. 5 Likes |

OfoIgbo: Have you studied the Sections 1 and 2 of the Land Use Act I prescribed you should read about the powers conferred on the Governor of a State? If you haven’t pls do. You’re very arrogant and in the same vein, very ignorant too. Furthermore, I have not, in the process of our exchange mentioned that the governor has a higher knowledge base than the Petroleum Minister. What I put forward is that being a minister is no biggie. He was appointed, not elected. And thank God you told me about the other agencies under the Ministry. I never knew. You’re so brilliant. In case you haven’t heard https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-03-08/billions-pour-into-nigeria-as-tinubu-s-reforms-start-to-pay-off I did not vote Tinubu, but he’ll do well. God bless the Republic of Nigeria |

OfoIgbo: Why is there no synergy you ask me? I am not under the payroll of the Ministry or the Delta State Government. You shouldn’t be emotional. But if you want to be emotional, I’m aggressively rooting for you in your latest wail-a-thon. I gave you a source from the NUPRC, you’re giving me a source from Ezenwa. Who’s Ezenwa? I guess fellow manufacturers of false data from Aba. Lol… For your information, the Minister of Petroleum Resources you quoted studied linguistics in the University so he doesn’t have the intellectual capacity to determine the quantity of natural gas reserves. That he is petroleum minister doesn’t mean anything. He has people grounded in that field working for him or at least procure the services of a geologist Only trained geologists have that capacity. I never knew I have ever since, been overestimating your knowledge base as regards topics like this. The link you posted up there isn’t even opening. Lol 1 Like |

OfoIgbo: Both parties should have a synergy when events like this occur. However, the state governor is more of an authority. This is because if he doesn’t grant the relevant bodies the right to enter such land for exploration or mining as the case may be, nothing will happen. Also the State Governor isn’t answerable to the President of the Federation unlike the Minister. Furthermore, the President can fire the Minister if he/ she doesn’t get his/ her acts right. In your spare time, go and read Sections 1 and 2 of the Land Use Act and educate yourself. Furthermore, data from NUPRC shows that Nigeria’s gas deposit stands at 206.5TCF https://www.nuprc.gov.ng/nigerias-gas-reserves-hit-206-53-trillion-standard-cubic-feet/ So where did you manufacture the 300TCF from? From the shoemaking factories in Aba right? LOOL! |

OfoIgbo: Lol Slaughtered with facts with no sources whatsoever? Let me take you down memory lane. The past governor of Delta State, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa said 40% of the country’s gas deposits sits under the territory of Delta State. Source https://guardian.ng/business-services/okowa-rallies-investors-to-explore-delta-gas-reserves/ Have you come across any Deltan on this forum making a fuss from that statement? Your submission up there cannot haunt me cuz I’m armed with facts. For your information, I am in the value chain in this industry so go and tell that crap you wrote up there to the other unlettered folks of your ilk. 1 Like |

OfoIgbo: “Imo State with 200TCF of gas deposits” The question you should ask yourself is that what’s the country’s proven gas deposit that only Imo alone accounts for the aforementioned quantity? You don’t really know what you’re talking about and no doubt people have been lying to you. Every tribe and region is blessed. Your gloating so early in the morning is very uncalled for. |

pkasso: I dey tell you. How will a Bayern team so used to playing a 4-2-3-1 all season switch to a 3-4-2-1 overnight just to match Bayer? The players aren't used to that system and to be honest, would be suprised if we got a draw in Leverkusen. I dont see this Leverkusen team bottling this, even with their Europa League campaign. The players they lost to the just concluded AFCON are back (save for Boniface), plus Borja Igleisias they signed from Real Betis. |
