SCREENING OF THE UME CANDIDATES FOR 2009/2010 ADMISSIONS
All 2009/2010 UME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of First Choice and have met the minimum UME score indicated against the Faculties/Department and College below, are invited to attend a screening exercise in the University at the Faculties/Departments of their first choice, except the Faculty of Agriculture which will hold their screening exercise at the main campus of the University.

Candidates will be screened in the relevant UME subjects for their chosen course of study.


Method of Application:


Applicants are required to purchase the N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only) Post UME Online Application Scratch card from any of the under listed banks:

4. Union Bank

5. Zenith Bank

6. Intercontinental Bank

7. Fidelity Bank

8. FinBank


Please note that an extra N600.00 (Six hundred naira only) will be charged as Technology fee at the point of purchase of the scratch cards.


Duration of Application:

The forms will be available online for completion and submission from Monday 15th June 2009 to Sunday 28th June 2009


Procedure for Online Application:

All candidates are required to visit the Ambrose Alli University college portal at www.myaau.com to complete and submit the post UME online application form.


All Candidates are required to come to the venue of the screening exercise with the following:


1. JAMB registration slip

2. Two coloured passport photographs.

3. One office flat file

4. HB pencil and Biro

5. A printout of the duly completed Post UME Online Application form



WARNING!!!

1. Any candidate who fails to appear for the screening exercise automatically forfeits his/her eligibility for consideration in the current sessions admissions exercise

2. Anyone caught impersonating will be handed over to the Police and the candidate so impersonated will automatically be ‘disqualified’.


Direct Entry:


All direct entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and chose Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as institution of first choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise.


Please note that candidates will be short listed based on green forms received from JAMB and only short listed candidates will be invited for the screening exercise at a date to be announced later.


All direct entry candidates should obtain the N2,000.00(Two thousand naira only) scratch card from any of the banks stated above and proceed to complete the online registration process. They are to print out a copy of the registration form for presentation along with other documents in due course.
