He was at the embassy for interview for f1 visa but was denied, He has HND and applied for Bsc, after all the questioning the officer said he's not eligible . He can't really point out why. 1)Is doing Bsc after HND not realistic? Cos the woman was kind of skeptical why He will want to do bsc in US. 2) He has informed the school and they want to offer him masters degree cos that was his first option but the advisor discoraged him then. can He reapply for the visa with the masters before school resumes in September. Then how can He get the details of the reason for his refusal the from the embassy. Thank you.

Thank you, you probably misunderstood what you read about the us interview, in fact am not sure I updated the post. The vo didn't talk about fees, it was on intention of staying more than 2weeks I stated during last renewal application. I didn't fill d Canada visa application myself like I said, because I know Canada does their findings.the agent was just a coward.
Nevertheless, I need schools if you have any idea, share it.

In as much as its dangerous to lie on your visa application, I have seen someone that was denied USA visa three consecutive times, yet he answered NO to that question of having been denied visa to Canada or any other country and he was given visa. I think maybe, you have dainted your records in the USA because from what I read on your post about US visa interview,it appears you still owe some money after having your second baby or something. Or maybe your agent manipulated other documents for you in the application.

Hello house, I applied for visiting visa in Canada this year to attend my friends wedding with the help of an agent but REFUSED. The agent lied on the application which he didn't inform me of. The lie is he answered NO that I have not been refused visa in other country before. So I abadanoned that because I didn't know how to rectify that and the occasion passed. Now, I want to get a school and study in Canada to further my education ,1) how do I present my case. 2) any idea of a low tuition fee school I can apply to, I have an HND and would like to do a PGD course. Hello lady G, I submitted my application for renewal via drop box, this is my 2nd renewal. This time I was expecting them to call me for pick up like it was in my first renewal but I got a mail for interview. Now I don't know what could be the issue. I had my two kids in U.S. I never over stayed, finished my bills payment for the first child but still owing for the second child. When I was there to deliver the second child I used private insurance which I paid monthly premium to the insurance company. 2, while I was filling my application I made mistakes which I eventually had to pay visa fee twice and I went back and forth with the customer service center before I submitted. Which of this do u think could be the course of my invitation and what do u think the questions might be.
