i would like to publish my story but no finance.. Can someone help me with a better idea on how to go about it.. Whether to sell it or is there any other alternative....Tanks

Back in Johnson's village , everybody was in a sorrowful mood as the news of their sons assassination reached them that morning. People were seen crying at all corners in Pauls compound. Paul was Johnson's father . People were not only crying because of his death but because of the selfless services he renders to his people which were all gone . Johnson was a man known in the whole of Eketa village and their neighbouring communities because of the good things he does for the villagers. "Chai , so they have killed my son. They have defeated me " said Paul who was shaking his head in a sorrowful way. He was in his late eighties and could not talk for a long time due to sickness.
Every member of Paul's family came back home that evening on hearing that there senior brother was dead. "So it is true that brother is dead " said Chioma as she arrived their compound crying . Her other sister Chinma was not left out , as she was at the other corner with their mum crying too. Late Johnson was there elder brother who had trained them in school and also supported them financially . He was well respected in their family till death.
Elvis , Johnson's only brother arrieved that evening in company of her wife. "Chai , the mighty had fallen " exclamed Elvis on arrival.
They had a brief meeting that evening among themselves and including some of there relations who had come to sympathize with them . After the meeting , Elvis in company of her two sisters and some relations left for the city where Late Johnson and family stay. They arrived Johnson's house when darkness had covered everywhere but due to the generating light, they could see everybodies face. " Chioma they had killed my husband " said Mercy as she embrances Chioma. Both of them fell on the ground crying uncontrollably.
Later that night , all of them had a meeting where Mercy told them what happened and how the police came and carried the corpse away. They agreed that Elvis and Mercy will go and see the inspector handling the case . Later , some of them went to bed as it was already mid night while some stayed crying. "Andra , I hope that you and your sisters had eaten "said Chioma. "Yes anty " she replied and they went to bed.
Early the following morning , Andra wake up to go and collect her phone in the sitting room which she left last night. "Mummy ! Mummy shouted Andra on top of her voice as she collapses on the floor.....

"But was there a gun shoot last night" Okafor asked peter who was sitting next to him in a sorrowful mood. "I had two gun shoots around 11pm last night but i taught that it was from the security agents that comb around our vicinity in the night" said Peter.
Some people were still in Johnson's house thinking of how the assassins came to the street and killed someone and left when the policemen came around 10:30am that morning. The policemen came in two van and am ambulance . After examining the corpe , they carried the corpse with there ambulance and left. They had tried to interview Mercy but due to her uncontrollable crying , they left her promising to visit later. Madam , i am inspector okoro from the divisional headquarters Ketu . "We will get back to you"said inspecter okoro as they left with the corpse.

Andra , Jessica , Chinedu and Obinna the youngest. All his four children were still young as the oldest among them Andra was in Jss1 . Johnson had turned his wife to a house wife immediately he married her and as such , she was not working but was been paid every month.
"Chai ! So Johnson is dead "said Eric who was johnsons friend and also his close neighbour. How did it happen was the question everybody kept asking Mercy who was Johnson's wife . But she could not reply any of them as she was still crying profusely.
"They have killed my husband" was what mercy kept saying .
Johnson's compound which was a two storey was full of people who came from far and near that morning to sympathize with her and also to know what realy happened from Mercy.

CHAPTER 1

It was a bright morning , everywhere was quiet . There was sound of crying on Johnson's house . People were trooping in and out of his house . Some were crying while some were noddling there head in disbelief . How did it happen and why was the question that kept running on everybodies mind . Johnson had been assassinated last night.
Johnson had arrived late last night from work and was in the sitting room having some rest when the assassins came. They came in a prado jeep and were four in number . After overpowering the two gate man on the gate , they made there way to the sitting room where Johnson was resting and shoot him twice on the chest and left. It was only the two gun shoots that was released through out the operation and as such could not alart the neighbours .
Johnson was the managing director of Jonny Nig. LTD . A company he established ten years ago. He had a wife and four children
