There have been talks about the ongoing intervention by CBN, some say it isn't sustainable, some say it's superficial but I have a different perspective on this; well I often do on most matters and socio economic issues.

For me, This dollar hike of a thing has always been about demand and supply.
Let me just summarize it.
Dollar went up cos there was more demand than supply, what made it even worse was that those that had dollars; some banks,bdc that were given dollars by the CBN hoarded it which means the little dollar available wasn't even changing hands.

With the increase in our foreign reserve, cbn now has the reserve to meet the demand and cbn has also done well by putting up policy to checkmate round tripping to some extent and making sure dollars is available to genuine customers. With these intervention, we have seen downward fall of dollar as supply is gradually equating to demand and this will also make us know the true value of naira.

As this continues, there will be a time the cbn would not even need to intervene cos the currency hoarders and speculators will get their fingers burnt as they will loose their investment as a result of the naira becoming stronger forcing them to dispose their dollar so as to recoup some of their investment. This will bring about more inflow of dollars to the economy which is part of what our economy needs right now.

My verdict is that this move from the cbn is laudable and also sustainable.

If you read what I wrote there, you will see where I said I was going to give my reasons for saying akeredolu will win the election after the election when He must have been proclaimed winner and governor-elect of Ondo State;
People don't really read long epistles these days so I'll not go in depth into my analysis but make it as short as possible.
First of all, The two main players in this election wasn't PDP and APC rather it was APC and APC, PDP were merely playing catch up and they know it, why did I say that you may ask, i'll delve into that in a jiffy.
Firstly, It is well known that there are factions in the ruling party APC and if you do not know this then either you are not conversant with what is happening or you do not believe there is a "game of thrones" playing in the ruling party.
Secondly, PDP is not a viable opposition, at best you can liken their situation to three sons, two are struggling to outwit each other to be the sole inheritor of their father's property forgetting that there is another child who has all the documents to the properties and can do whatsoever He pleases with it. Sorry state for the PDP and unless they get their acts right there will be no party talk more of opposition, which in some way is bad for our fragile democracy.
Since it was between APC and APC, the logical question to ask would be who were the two candidate of APC since it was only Akeredolu APC fielded, well it was more of two factions and not two candidate, TINUBU FACTION and OYEGUN FACTION. This was more than just an election for both factions, it was more like a "SHOW OF POWER", who got more influence. I'll like to put it this way, One is "you can't do without me" and another is "we can do without you", I'll leave that for you to figure it out. I would have gone deeper into the analysis but I really do not want to make this epistle longer than it is already so the summary is that Akeredolu won cos of two important things, 1)His Faction i.e. OYEGUN FACTION won the internal battle within APC 2)there was no OPPOSITION(PDP) and this helped tilt the populace to his favor, after all the MASSES ARE LIKE PAWNS IN THE GAME OF CHESS

Congratulation to Ondo State Governor-elect Rotime Akeredolu and I hope He becomes a good governor cos ONDO STATE deserves it.

I was watching the news and I saw joy on the streets in akure concerning the judgement delivered in favor of eyitayo jegede.
Congratulations to him but after careful analysis of all what has happened leading up to today and all what is happening, I have come to the conclusion that it does not really matter who the candidate of PDP is cos one thing is CERTAIN, Apc akeredolu will win ondo state election.
Now I would have loved to write why I said this but I'll leave it till after election, purely because of the Joy of saying I TOLD YOU SO

Lol US military is the most powerful nation in terms of military capabilities, the only nation that come close is Russia. Eg. There are over 15000 nuclear warhead in the world and out of this Russia and US account for 93% of them, Imagine the gap.. Russia have a little bit more nuclear warhead than US but the US have more nuclear warhead on high alert than Russia. Do not get it wrong about the alternate universes and dimensions. The Earth is a living organism and we are not alone even on earth. Same thing at alternate dimensions. There are beings everywhere even where you are sitting now but because they are in another dimension you cant see them. We are not alone in the universe. I never made that assertion. I have met with other beings even physically appearing in our dimension.

Also note that every dimension has its set of laws. There is no gravity in other dimensions for instance. In others there is no physical bareer. You see with 360 sight and you arrive at a destination in an instant of thought.

Its not a question of others being above cosmic law its about the fact that the law is not even existing or applicable in other places.

I hardly eat meat. Food from plant sources are best. The sun is the primary source of our energy and plants are directly receiving the energy directly from the sun and storing in the leaves, fruits and stem. I prefer to enjoy the energy from the primary recepient instead of secondary recepient. We are animals too so does it make sense eating animals who depend on plants ? Why cant we just eat plants directly instead of depending on recycled nutrients from animal who actually got the energy from plants.
