Problem is I got my Covid test today 10th. since the covid test expires after 72 hrs. will I still be able to enter the UK when I get there on the 13th?

The instruction says get your Covid test 2 days before your flight, which was what I did. Now I'm confused.

Go to the their website and fill the "contact us" and fill the form. You would get a reply with the account you should pay to. It would take like 24 hrs before they reply though, and it may take an additional 4 days before it'd get to you
