@Engine234, i think you should not be misled by what you hear about TB Joshua. God is really using him to do wonder works. I was once like you, but thank God for my life now. I had always heard people saying that TB Joshua is fake, without reasons and i joined them saying the same thing. One day i was opportune to watch one of his sunday's live service and i heard him call 'the name of Jesus Christ'. I visited the church once and i realized all people have been saying about TB Joshua is rubbish. TB Joshua is a humble man of God. Today as i speak most people who visit his church were once critics but later realized that truth.

Nairaland General › T.b. Joshua And His Charitable Ministry (part 2) by benjax2002(op): 5:20pm On Nov 06, 2009
All the fruits of the spirit which we are to lay weight upon as evidential of grace, are summed up in charity, or christian love; because this is the sum of all grace. And the only way, therefore, in which anyone can know their good estate , is by discerning the exercises of this divine charity in their hearts; for without charity, let men have what gifts you please, they are nothing.
One man to recognize for his good heart of giving is, TB Joshua, The spiritual leader of Synagogue church of all nations. He is indeed a cheerful giver and one with a difference. This man of God is really doing a great job of charity by assisting the less privilege not just in his Nation but the world at large. He is indeed an icon to reckon with when it comes to Charity. He ministry is not just preaching the bible, healing and delivering the unclean, but also spreading the gospel of charity to the less privilege.
TB Joshua said in one of his Sunday live services, “I told you about the ministry of apostles: watch and pray. Before you begin to pray, you need to look around and see those who need your love, those who need your kindness. You must feel what others feel. Jesus feels what we feel. The hurt of one must be the hurt of all,” Joshua counselled the respectful crowd, many moved to tears at the practical demonstration of Christianity. He further said, Life is all about giving and someone somewhere is in need of what you have. He encourages his members to have a good heart toward giving to the less privilege.
This man of God gave scholarships to two armed robbers who renounced their former ways and were rehabilitated in the church for over two months and they were also given financial support to begin their new lives in Christ. Chuks Olisemeka, who had been condemned to death in a Tunisian prison on account of robbery only to be miraculously released, and Ekene, a Deltan who came straight from prison to The SCOAN, both received N120,000 to establish themselves.
Amazingly a physically challenged man who came with his wife and four kids was helped financially. The physically challenged man, Steven Alfred, was given N200,000 for his children’s school fees, and five bags of rice.
According to TB Joshua “If you meet people like that, and you are in position – you have to help,” He further explains, “You can move freely, and he cannot move freely. You are to do something. If you see people like that and you close your eyes, you are closing your eyes to blessing of God. If you are blessed and you want to maintain it, without being a good giver – you are deceiving yourself, you cannot maintain it. This is why you get there and you fall back.”
He is also assisting talented footballers who have no one support in actualizing their goal. My People FC team formed by TB Joshua is really helping the players financially and spiritually. Three of its players were given an open door to go on trial to a club in Sweden. Two among these three lads are in the current Golden Eaglet team (SANI EMMANUEL AND ONAZI OGENYI).
How many pastors today are really giving charitable aids to the less privilege in our society and around the world that we live in today? Instead you find pastors buying expensive cars, buying a private jet while people around them are suffering. Leaders should start an organization for the less privilege which will definitely reduce rate of poverty in our society.
Keep the good works going TB Joshua

Before now, I have always listened to critics against TB Joshua and I joined them at that time. I was fortunate to watch him on Emmanuel tv and I later realized that what people has been saying are all wrong. People at that time said he does not call to name of Jesus Christ, I heard him say “in the name of Jesus” during one of his Sunday live services. After watching the service, I had to ask God for forgiveness, for criticizing and talking against the man of God (Prophet T.B. Joshua).
“I don’t want the people to ascribe God’s glory to me. Rather, they should always give the Almighty Lord, who is the beginner and finisher of everything, the glory” he said.

Why not Nigeria? – Stay tuned tomorrow, Sunday 1st of November, for The SCOAN LIVE Service – DID Prophet TB Joshua foresee the match between Nigeria and Argentina? DID he say anything about it? Christianity Etc › Great People! Great Nation! by benjax2002(op): 2:50pm On Oct 28, 2009
Indeed it is a great when things around are goods and of a better shape. Great nation most things happen to be the opposite of great people. The question here is why these opposite lines and ways. Researchers has found out that Nigeria is one of the happiest nation in the world today, but come to think of it, is nation Nigeria as a nation really great?
In Nigeria today, politics seem to be the other of the day as the people try to get into power with ‘do or die’ affairs… Everyone wants to get into power just for one reason, to get what they want and to introduce in governmental bodies just for their own blindsided.
Despite the good and bad of Nigeria, the nation has great men of God of our time with great Anointing and power from God Almighty. The likes of Pastor E. Adeboye, who has the biggest Camp ground in Nigeria for crusade and other powerful programmes, the spiritual leader and General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Another great man of God is Nigeria is Pastor Oyedepo, the spiritual leader of Living Faith ministry popularly known as Winners Chapel. This man of God owns the biggest church in Africa as a whole and the largest crowd.
Prophet T. B. Joshua, the spiritual head Synagogue Church of all Nation (SCOAN), is also another great man of God to reckon with. Prophet T.B. Joshua is certainly a great man of God of whom God has given power to heal and deliver. He has done great things around the world by the work of Charity; helping the less privileged not just in his nation but also around the world. I once watched T. B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV and i heard him advising his church members of giving to the less privilege around them also, which i think will aid spreading the gospel of benevolent works. I saw on my television T. B. Joshua giving scholarship aid to people who can afford to go to school due to difficulty in paying their tuition fee, which i think will reduce poverty if only others can emulate him.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is another spiritual leader to reckon with, with the gift of preaching and healing. The spiritual leader of Christ Embassy Ministry has changed the lives of many around by actively preaching to the understanding of the people. His programme has constantly been of local station for the viewing of the people in Nigeria and on satellite for the world to view. His healing school has also helped people to know the purpose of God in their lives and to exercise faith.
Nigeria has more spiritual leaders who are great with good charisma. All these men of God and others make the nation Nigeria a great place for all. Their prayers and blessing has upturned the nation despite the downturn of our political leadership who tries to get rich by the day. My pray today is for God keep blessing these Men for their love and continuous prayer upon this nation. THE NATION IS INDEED GREAT FOR THE SAKE OF THE GREAT PEOPLE.

Eaglets are at it again!!!
I hope they keep the pressure off them and do what they know how to do best on the field of play. Watch out for jersey number 14, Sani Emmanuel, for the eaglets. Emmanuel, who plays for my people FC, scored three goals in their last build-up game before the start of this tournament.
The problems the team had in their last game who the pressure on them and the two side backs (right back and left back). These two players never showed their quality rather they were wasting the ball. I hope they improve from their last performance and put i quality show in today’s match.
Thumbs up to the attacking midfielder who put a fine show in the last game, though later fatigue.
