Information reaching us this morning is that Tecno Mobile will be releasing the android 6.0 Marshmallow update for its Camon C8. Users of the Tecno Camon C8 can get the marshmallow update by February next year. This also means that every other phone that came out after the C8 will also get an update although that has not been confirmed to us by Tecno mobile.

Tecno camon c8 was the most requested phone during the black Friday especially among our teeming customers. Unfortunately only few thousands could be sourced.

I could not understand why a phone that is already gaining popularity among Nigerians, shouldn't be given top priority by Tecno mobile. If only they could make it more readily available, this phone is about to break record as the highest selling tecno phone.

As a matter of immediate urgency, more should be shipped down to Nigeria to cushion the effect of scarcity being experienced now

please will you loud this a little bit. Gionee has been repeatedly featured on gsm arena. Tecno has never been, they bring there below standard products here because they know Nigerians and Africans are not tech geeks. Anything goes for us. Gionee would serve you better

Tecno is designed for Africa, they are not international. There are some phones in China right now that we are not aware off because the market is in China alone

I don't see why I need to root my Tecno coz I am satisfied with mine.

The price scares me but mehn, I am saving for this phone. I just hope Tecno won't release another premium phone before I buy the Phantom 5
