Hello Everyone.
I had a bitter experience with Nissan Maxima 2003. From overheating to changing engine then electrical issues of burning two brain boxes..

The first engine I put which worked for one week was affected by overheating because the mechanic couldn't check the radiator as it was heavy like stone. I have to change the radiator and they adviced me to change the gasket because the over heating had affected it.

This is tokunbo engine I just put last week. Anyway I told the mechanic to change the gasket. (That was the beginning of sorrow). After changing the gasket. The motor refused to start. The electrician complain of the timing. The kept fixing the timing but the engine refused to start. After about three weeks at the mechanic. He suggested I take the car to Apo mechanic that there is one electrician that can start the Motor that it's electrical problem.

I towed the car to Apo with N25,000 from Gwags. The Apo electrical did his best after another three weeks. The engine refuse to start.

I decided to get another engine with I added another 150k to get another from the same man in Zuba. As they put the new engine, with another brainbox. The car started. This is about two months.

I drove the car to my base in Gwags with one gear as it was not moving well. On getting to Gwags, they said two of the sensor of gear box joined each other and affected the gear box. I changed that one for 15k for each and that 30k.

After these, driving this car home to show my family. At my wife office, as I off the engine, the car refused to start.

I called two electrician to check with their computer but no avail.

I got angry and tired and called Baba Bola to come and but the car and I sold it. That was my bitter experience with Nissan Maxima.

I am planning to get one Toyota for family use.

I need your advice if I should go for Toyota Avalon 2003-2005 or Toyota Sienna 2005.

I have seen the Avalon and my wife loved it. But my fear is the car is not common on the street of Abuja.

I need an expert to guide me.

Please, I don't like any Honda products. I have heard of leg pulled. That is my fear. I have used Sienna 2001-2002 before.

I have been receiving strange message from some foreign numbers on my WhatsApp claiming to be representing Puma, Adidas etc that they want to advertise on my Facebook page as they promised to pay $600, some say $1200 and other saying $1500 per Adverts.

I always block them and mostly reporting them as I see them as Hackers. This morning I got chat with same kind person and i pretended to be interested.

This was the message from the person (We use Facebook Business Advertising tools for sponsored advertising. We buy ads from Facebook in bulk form and distribute over the internet. That's what our company does! We will provide you the ads (if you are willing to work with us of course) and you will handle the ads all by yourself on your Facebook Business page).

Please, should I trust this person or they will hack my page.

it's not working. saying errors after putting my nin number.

I am having an issue with Whatsapp to which I will welcome any help in resolving.
To begin with and for the record, I am using a Huawei honor Dual SIM Phone.
All along I have never had a problem in sending messages via broadcast lists until about December 1st 2020, I was made aware that there was an issue.

MY ISSSUE IS:-
When I send messages to my recipients by way of broadcast lists, I am seeing where it is sent to all the recipient’s phones (Double grey tick). However, some recipients receive it and are able to open and see the message but the greater majority are unable to see it.

If I send a message directly to the recipient, they are able to see it and respond accordingly.

ACTION TAKEN SO FAR:
I have UPDATED Whatsapp, nothing has happened
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Whatsapp twice so far and nothing has happened.
I have changed the SIM Card to which whatsapp is aligned to, nothing has happened.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

CAN A COUPLE WHO ONLY DO TRADITIONAL OR COURT WEDDING HAVE SEX?

A lady posted a question in one of our what's app group. And it's reads...

An intending couple did court wedding 2 months before the traditional and white wedding can they start having sex after visiting the registry n if they do have sex after registry is it considered a sin before God cos I followed a friend to have her court wedding and the registrar that joined them said they are legally married now so is it right to have after then while still awaiting the trad and white?

My response to the above question.

There are three types of marriage in Nigeria or Africa.
Court wedding is wedding
Traditional wedding is wedding
Church wedding is wedding

The main wedding in the sight of God is Traditional wedding. If you have done traditional wedding then you are already husband and wife in the sight of God. When the both families had given their consent of the relationship and the dowry is paid that is wedding.

Do you know those who did church wedding and court wedding without the dowry paid are committing fornication?

The dowry must be paid as the both families gives their consent.

Church wedding is not in the bible. Why? God has already blessed every marriage in the book of Genesis. Every marriage with the consent of both parents are blessed. There is nothing like church blessing because EVERY MARRIAGE ARE ALREADY BEEN BLESSED BY GOD RIGHT IN THE BEGINNING.
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. This is the blessing of marriage.

Church wedding was introduced to us by the British. Church wedding is only church blessing but the truth is NO MINISTER OF GOD CAN BLESS ANY MARRIAGE, BECAUSE MARRIAGE IS ALREADY BLESSED BY GOD IN THE GENESIS.

God blessed them and say be fruitful and fill the earth.
You can still do church wedding to entertain your friends if you wish. But if you did not do church wedding then your marriage is not cursed. Every marriage of every one here on earth has been blessed by God in the beginning.

Please do not get me wrong. I DID NOT SAY CHURCH WEDDING IS NOT GOOD. I did mine years ago. But my point is if you did not do it you are not commit any sin. I told you above that GOD HAS ALREADY BLESSED EVERY MARRIAGE IN THE BEGINNING. That is why unbelievers like Muslims and others get marriage and have children. When God blessed marriage in the beginning, He says they will be fruitful with children. If you are married, then children is one of the blessing of marriage.

Lastly, the marriage that God recognised is the ONE YOU PAID THE DOWRY OR THE ONE BOTH FAMILY GAVE THEIR CONSENT. Hope you understand my point, both families must give their consent to the union. Jesus never attend marriage in any synagogue and the apostles did not conduct and marriage in their gathering or synagogue. Church wedding is not in the bible, it was brought to us by the white and the way we carry the expenses on our head nowadays the whites are doing 5minutes wedding with less than $100 but in Africa it's now a burden. It's our stupidity that brought it to our sense.

I am not condemning church wedding, PLEASE DO IT MODERATELY.

WHY ARE REAL SUITORS SCARCE?

Marriage is honourable, marriage is a desire of every youth and most expecially young ladies. If you are mature and you are still single the society will be bothered about you. That is where we find ourselves.

God instituted marriage and He says it's not good for a man or lady to be alone. God never planned that finding suitor should be so hard the way many are experiencing it today. God has designed it to be so easy therefore the Bible says in Proverbs 18:22 whoso findeth a wife, find good thing and obtained favour of the Lord.

In the 70s, 80s and 90s, there was nothing like marriage ministers because many are getting married easily without any prayer or fasting. Ask your parents and they will tell you that it was so easy for them to find one another. But from the late 90s, finding suitors has become so hard and the ministers are tagging late marriage with many spiritual names like spirit husband/wife or curses etc.

The main desire of every young lady is to be married which it's not to bad to wished oneself but there are too many frustrations attached to this issues of suitor. Many ladies claimed they have done deliverance, breaking curses as suggested by prophets or pastors but they are still frustrated why they are single.

Many has applied many biblical principle of living a holy life, going to churches weekly, fasting and prayer but they seem to still be lacking suitors. I have written an article with a titled WHY PEOPLE MARRIED LATE. As a minister praying, counselling singles on daily basis, I have listened to many complains and frustration of the ladies about getting suitor with many questions from them needed answers.

There are many guys who are not ready for marriage but looking for girlfriends to lure in to fornication to fulfill their sexual desire. But it all seemed as coins with different sides. The ladies want to marry but the guys are not intrested in marriage but only intrested in money.

There are many reasons why suitors are so scarce today but I will only mention few points here.

1. SUITORS ARE SCARCE because of Economic meltdown. Yes, everything has changed, the population of the world is risen and you can inflation in divers country. There is SHORTAGE OF JOB. Guys are graduating from University but there is no job for them. In our world today, it's not wise to be advicing a jobless man to go and marry. He need a job to pay his bills and other things. The reason why suitors are not coming is because of UNEMPLOYMENT.

2. SUITORS ARE SCARCE because of guys are afraid of financial commitment. Yes, this is very true. I told you that things have changed, as we are no more in the last decades where it's very easy for any young man to get marry either with or without job but with the financial support of his family. Guys are afraid of financial commitment of carrying extra load of another girl load while they have not ready to carry their own load themselves.

3. SUITORS ARE SCARCE because of gold digger mentality. An unemployed young man is looking for a working class lady to befriend and a working class lady is to rigid and real suitors are too scared of getting closer to her. When a guy sees a lady then he will be so serious about the lady but the moment he noticed the lady is jobless or not from a well to do family then brother will break her heart and not intrested to be her suitor. This gold digger mentality is one of the reason when suitor are not coming.

These are few reasons that I can share for now to avoid long reading. There are still many good suitors around looking for good well behaved ladies to marry but THEY ARE SCARCE.

My candid advice to ladies: Ladies listen to me, stop wasting your precious time on any undergoes guys. They are everywhere looking for an innocent ladies to waste her time. Ladies, INVEST IN YOUR TIME. DO not let any guy come to waste your precious time in the name of relationship.

LADIES, REFUSED TO BE A LIABILITIES TO GUY. Build your career, invest your talent and your divine potential. All the energies you invested in waiting for any unserious suitor, use same energy to build your career.

If job is not coming then YOU SHOULD CREATE A JOB FOR YOURSELF. Learn a skill and master it then GOOD SUITOR WILL COME.

Most of the guys around are LOOKING FOR MONEY AND PLEASURE as they are not ready or serious for marriage but trying to get money by all means.

Ladies, your success in life is in your career and marriage should be secondary. The marriage that you are trying to kill yourself to enter is the same marriage many women are regretting and trying to get out of.
