I've been seeking for a way to contact the holy Spirit even with HU.
But it seems does that seek do not find

It takes a lot of patience to find God.
It took me up to 7 months of consistent and dedicated singing of the HU before I started having experiences with the light and sound of God.
When the experiences started coming in torrents I was now the one begging God to reduce it as I was not ready for the amount of God's love that was pouring into me.
Then I realized the reason for the delay was to build my spiritual strength to be able to receive God's love and then give out to the world.
These experiences are real. They are not fairy tales. You have to prepare yourself for them. Consistent and dedicated singing of the HU is the key.

Please give more insight into the activities in the first heaven.

The first heaven is the astral plane. That is the most common plane where people go when they are asleep and activities they carry out there is known as dreams. Everything thing on the physical plane has a counterpart in the astral plane that is why when you are dreaming it seems as if you are on the physical plane

The judgment there, and the narrow and wide road.

Judgement has to do with law of karma and it is an ongoing activity cutting across all the lower universes. When one translates from the physical plane he or she is taken to the court of Yama if the person is not an awakened soul.
The books of his deeds on earth is reviewed and depending on the lessons learned so far may determine future reincarnation conditions to continue spiritual growth.

The narrow refers to the spiritual eye which is the window of soul that enables soul to journey into the heavenly worlds. Very few find it and it is narrow because you must cast of the unnecessary attachments to earthly things in order to pass through it.
The wide road is Orthodox religion which the masses rush to that leads to endless reincarnations

You said somewhere in this thread that someone can be chatting and soul travel at the same time.

Yes of course. Soul travel is simply expansion of consciousness. You can be chatting and your consciousness can open to a looming danger which will enable you to change course of action

how do one soul travel using the HU.

Singing the HU immediately starts purifying your consciousness and filling your heart with the love of God which is the first step to soul travel. Over time you will find yourself entering naturally into the inner worlds riding on the sound of HU.

Thanks for the reply.
But I've been trying to reconnect using HU.

What you need now is patience. Spiritual growth is not a sprint race. It is a marathon. Persistence, focus, endurance all have to be brought to action.
The HU gradually opens your heart to God's love and builds your spiritual stamina over time so that when the spiritual experiences starts coming you will discover that all fears or doubts would have naturally evaporated and you will then bask in God's love as it was meant to be.

It is very important that you eliminate any iota of fear in you because you are Soul a spark of God and Soul is indestructible. Seeing a Spiritual Master in the inner is a blessing indeed which many are not even fortunate to experience in a lifetime.
The Spiritual Master that comes to you is the one that you have an affinity with at that moment. They are channels for the Holy Spirit and help souls to reconnect with their divine nature.
To reconnect with the inner master ECKANKAR offers several spiritual exercises of which the commonest one is the singing of the HU a love song to God.

You are Soul. You are a light of God. And whatever your relationship with God is, that is your relationship with God, and it’s your business. Not anyone else’s.
