From my little knowledge, the only way of knowing a succesful trader is, they dont make too much noise, they give freely no matter the amount they spent in purchasing a particular EA, Indicators etc. Go to Forex Research Lab. and see what succesful traders are doing there free of charge, even from this angle, you can also see some of the succesful traders giving out their materials free of charge.
I dont know what #3000 from individual will do u when u can make upto $500 daily from the market.
