So Deji Adeyanju doesn't believe Sowore will win?😁😁 Meanwhile....

Wike’s desperation is becoming obvious. Why is he so preoccupied with Peter Obi if Obi is just another “political gambler”? The more he attacks Obi,the more he exposes his fear of what Obi represents. Wike knows his political relevance in Rivers is tied to his grip on power and that grip will not last forever. When a politician spends more time attacking the opposition than defending his own record,it raises one question: is he campaigning for Tinubu, or panicking about his own political future? |
Image123:😂 You’re telling me to Google an idiom because a shoe joke got under your skin. You came boasting about Tinubu’s achievements, but the moment you were cornered, you abandoned the argument for threats and military deployment.😁 Imagine losing a debate about political competence and running to Google to defend your ego. All that noise, yet you still haven’t answered the original point.Tinubu’s biggest achievement here might just be how easily his supporters lose their composure when triggered.😂😂 |
Wotowotoman:Bro wetin be your own nah?😆😆 |
Image123:@highlighted...Is this a political debate or a fan club competition? You’re comparing leaders with playground taunts, as though Tinubu’s shoes are a national monument.😆 The funniest part is calling Obi a mere presidential aspirant as if Tinubu descended from heaven with a presidential title.😂 When your argument is nothing but fanboy slogans, perhaps the shoes are the only thing you can discuss. |
Insectkiller:If Liverpool had lost, you would have mocked them for not beating Brendford for being two men down. |
Silentgroper:Guy stop this. We played better. Why didn't you say this about the Liverpool vs mancity game? |
Wotowotoman:I wan check something😁😁 |
Image123:You keep proving my point without realising it. Tinubu’s rise involved strategic alliances, planning and opposition to the government. Nobody claims criticism alone made him president. The argument is that you cannot dismiss Obi for criticising the government while pretending Tinubu’s own opposition history is irrelevant. You call Obi incompetent in everything political, yet offer no evidence to support that sweeping claim. If Tinubu’s achievements are your standard, apply that same standard to Obi. Stop moving the goalpost whenever the comparison exposes your double standard. |
I will only take them seriously when they can take of their shirt without any bra and celebrate😎😎 |
Emmamay10:Where were you when thugs were removing Obi’s posters in Lagos, Rivers and Edo states? Did you condemn those acts with this same energy? You cannot stay silent when your preferred side destroys the opposition’s posters, then suddenly become a defender of private property when the tables turn. That is blatant hypocrisy and a shameless double standard. |
Image123:You claim Tinubu earned his reputation through vision and achievements, but you cannot erase the role his opposition to the federal government played in his political rise. He criticised those in power before 2015, yet you now act as though Obi’s criticism is evidence of incompetence. If criticism is irrelevant to leadership, then stop using it against Obi.If you believe Tinubu deserves credit for his achievements despite being a critic, then judge Obi by the same standard. You cannot celebrate Tinubu’s political history while applying a different rule to Obi.That is hypocrisy, not an argument. |
Sirchiboy:Children learn what they see in their environment. When siblings from the same mother grow up to hate each other so deeply that they can no longer speak to one another, parents must take a large share of the blame. Favouritism, unequal treatment, constant comparisons, and unresolved conflicts within the family can sow seeds of bitterness that grow into lifelong hatred. Children do not grow up in a vacuum. Parents play a major role in shaping how their children relate to one another. |
Biodun556:Being a senator or governor doesn’t invalidate my argument. Tinubu himself criticised the government before 2015, and that opposition helped his political rise. So why assume that critics lack political experience or cannot become good leaders? Criticising a government and governing effectively are not mutually exclusive. Your argument is a double standard not a defence. |
Image123:You’ve only strengthened my argument. Tinubu’s Lagos record was his selling point, but how did he build that reputation? Was he not a fierce critic of the federal government before the APC took power? So criticism was a legitimate political tool when Tinubu used it, but suddenly becomes proof of incompetence when Obi does it? You cannot argue that critics cannot make good leaders while celebrating Tinubu, who was himself a vocal critic before becoming president. Your sweeping claims that Obi failed as a governor, husband, family man, godfather and opposition leader are a collection of insults, not evidence. What does his private family life have to do with his capacity to govern Nigeria? If you disagree with his Bangladesh comparison, challenge the figures and explain why they are wrong. Calling statistics bogus without demonstrating the error is not an argument. You have still not addressed the original issue: whether critics can become good leaders. Instead, you have diverted into personal attacks because the Tinubu comparison exposes the contradiction in your argument. You cannot praise Tinubu for opposing a government and then disqualify Obi for doing the same. That is not principle;it is political hypocrisy. |
Image123:And what exactly did Tinubu do to bring the APC to power? He criticised the government, mobilised opposition and sold Nigerians an alternative. So criticism was a legitimate political tool when Tinubu used it,but suddenly becomes proof of incompetence when Obi does it? You cannot celebrate Tinubu for building an opposition that removed an incumbent and then dismiss critics as people who know nothing about leadership. Your fruitless defence of Tinubu has only reinforced my argument that criticism does not disqualify anyone from leadership. |
Biodun556:You cannot celebrate Tinubu as a political strategist for opposing the government before 2015 and then turn around to argue that critics cannot become good leaders. That is blatant hypocrisy. Criticism is not proof of incompetence, just as being in power is not proof of competence. If critics know nothing about leadership, then your argument indicts Tinubu himself. You cannot use one standard to defend your paymaster and another to discredit his opponents. |
LegendHero:The worst mistake a data boy like you will make is believing an unstable man like Wike that can flip in a second. Make una dey hope say a drunk wike go give una Abuja and rivers state especially. We dey wait for am come 2027. |
Rufai Oseni needs to separate genuine criticism from manufactured narratives. Claiming Peter Obi is nowhere to be found when he has been engaging Nigerians and communicating his political positions since 2023 is simply dishonest. Must Obi appear on every television programme before he can be considered visible? On subsidy, Obi’s position has been to tackle the corruption and mismanagement surrounding the policy and ensure that Nigerians are not made to suffer needlessly. Asking questions about how subsidy is managed and how it should be reformed is not the same as flip-flopping. Politics is local, not a television popularity contest. Obi is already engaging Nigerians. Winning elections requires grassroots mobilisation, connecting with voters and building structures across wards and communities which is what Obi and kwankwaso are currently doing. Television appearances alone do not win elections, and their absence does not mean a candidate is invisible. Let us judge political visibility by engagement with the people, not merely by screen time. |
She revealed that they remained friends despite not being on the same page romantically, adding that she dated other people while they were in school. The guy was her backup plan. An afterthought. The chances of that guy getting dumped if she sees the one she fancies is very high. Guys never be any lady's backup plan. If she says she is not interested from the beginning, just move on. |
With taxpayers funds. |
I want wike to keep bragging about winning rivers state and abuja so that those states will shock him. Data boys don't realize he is assisting to demarket his principal Bulaba |
Amotolongbo:In other words, the obidient responsible for this has more sense than Tolu. |
State policing is a good idea whose time has already arrived, but it must not be placed under the control of political office holders. Giving governors unchecked control over the police will only transfer impunity from the federal level to the state level. I hope the new structure is addressing the problems bedevilling security personnel, including poor welfare, inadequate equipment, poor working conditions and the menace of extrajudicial killings. Police officers deserve decent salaries, proper accommodation, adequate training and the tools to do their jobs professionally. We also need an independent policing structure, free from political interference, with accessible platforms for Nigerians to report crimes and report erring police officers without fear of intimidation or retaliation. State policing must serve the people, not politicians.Without independence, accountability and proper welfare, state police could become another instrument of oppression rather than a solution to insecurity. |
Ebenezer2021:Different strokes for different folks |
This is the kind of leadership Nigeria desperately needs, especially when we have an absentee president like Tinubu, who says he cannot attend every campaign ground or engage electorates with his scorecard. Peter Obi takes the time to listen to ordinary Nigerians, understand their struggles and recognise that lifting people out of poverty must be a priority, not just a campaign slogan. He deserves commendation for this approach. I sincerely hope Nigerians will not miss another opportunity to elect a presidential candidate who understands that governance is about improving lives, empowering ordinary citizens and giving hope to those who have been neglected for too long. To those who think they are doing Peter Obi a favour by voting for him, remember this:you are not doing Obi a favour; you are doing yourselves and your country a favour. You are choosing the kind of leadership you want and the future you want for your children. Nigeria needs leaders who serve the people, not people who worship leaders like Wike, who is already bragging about winning Rivers State and Abuja. Let us not miss this opportunity again to elect a leader who puts Nigerians first. The future of this country is in our hands. |
Renew what pact? The same Nigerians your administration has subjected to unbearable living costs, rising hardship and declining purchasing power? After over three years in office, bulaba claims he has achievements to showcase, yet he says he cannot attend every campaign ground because governance demands his attention. If your scorecard is as impressive as your party claims, why can't you face Nigerians across the country and defend it yourself? What exactly are you afraid of? Tinubu has failed Nigerians and no amount of campaign propaganda can erase that reality. He must go in 2027. Nigeria cannot afford another four years of his failed leadership. |
People should not be deceived by Atiku’s latest political theatrics. It is unfortunate that some Nigerians are being swayed by his attacks on the APC, forgetting that he was part of the political establishment that birthed the very calamity called APC that we are suffering from today. This has been Atiku’s pattern every election cycle:once he loses,he retreats to Dubai, stays away from the political scene, and resurfaces when another election approaches, suddenly presenting himself as the alternative. Had Atiku launched this platform long before the election season, I might have taken it seriously. But launching it now, when another election is approaching, does not convince me. Nigerians should look beyond the headlines and judge him by his record, consistency, and timing. I don’t buy this charade. Nigerians deserve more than another election season performance from a politician who was part of the system that brought us here. |
CrownedPhoenix:You’re missing the point. I called out the double standard, not your voting choice. Obi has been doing this since 2023,yet you’re applauding Atiku’s team for it as though they invented the idea. Stop deflecting and address the double standard I raised. |
The speech that inspired me most was that of Obafemi Awolowo: 'The children of the poor you failed to train will never let your children have peace.' It captures the consequences of neglecting education and social welfare. However, inspiring words mean nothing without action. Leadership is not measured by the beauty of its speeches, but by the lives transformed through its policies. Without action to back them up, even the most powerful words are nothing but empty rhetoric. |
Whoever makes this claim is directly benefitting from the ruling party. |
CrownedPhoenix:😂😂 Something Obi has been doing right from 2023 till date is what you are applauding atiku's team for doing which is for the first time. Obi has been the most available presidential candidate on social media platforms and most recently tik tock. Simply say you are voting for Tinubu and end it there. |
