Let's assume the price of CRUDE OIL goes from $100 to $120 the refinery will buy crude oil from the FG/NNPC at $120, refine it and sell it at a more expensive price.

And there IS NO DOUBT THAT DANGOTE REFINERY IS USELESS AS FUEL IS BEING PHASED OUT GLOBALLY, many countries in the middle east are losing their refineries to war, same applies to RUSSIA/Ukraine, China has completed phased it out, UK & Europe and US are phasing it out gradually. The refinery will eventually become useless.
