The problem in cruise team is there are many slackers in that team, especially Mike who's actually the team leader. Mike, Jackye and Gedoni are quite lazy people who loves to sleep all day with little much work done.

I don't think they have a good leader in Mike. He's lazy, non creative/talented unlike Tacha and he's too egoistic to accomodate a superior talent like Seyi under him.

We all saw how Tacha dealt with Frodd who's similar to Seyi in her team. She sulked up to him and allowed him to blossom regardless of the disgrunt from her team mates. She also allowed Seyi to shine under her everytime they were grouped together. She's a fantastic leader, hardworking, creative and focused organizer of the Icons team.

Most people here knows nothing. Fighting, arguing and quarreling after any group competition helps. This is the best way they can win.
When i saw the Icons fighting it out the other time, i know they were going to breath fire henceforth. They need to point fingers, blame and argue.
