I think Frodd rubs the housemates off in many negative ways. He is greatly misunderstood

TBH, Frodd can be hard to work it, but if managed well, can give you positive outcome. In Shola's case, he acts on emotions. For example, when Iconics lost the first time, whilst the whole group was mourning and Sir Dee was crying, Shola chose that wrong moment to advice Sir Dee and ruined the motive of his advice.

He acted based on emotions and Frodd and co cautioned him. Omatshola is very competitive and doesn't want any room for error so he sees Frodd's defensiveness as the reason the team might lose.
