Reading most of d comments so far, i would say u guyz ar mostly educated. Impressive knowledge on d matter and all. But, and dats a big BUT (or now is :-)), it sadening and a big minus when derogatory words/phrases like 'fool', 'cow', 'u ar illiterate', 'rubbish', etc ar used 2 describe ppl or their opinions. Its uncivilized. Its deir opinion and dey ar entitled 2it. If u don't agree, fine! Bring ur arguments and counter~ on and avoid unnecessarily hurtful words/phrases. Saying its rubbish a million times over won't make it rubbish; ur points will.

Type dis javascript in ur addres field and click it: javascript:showskip. D page will refresh and d wait time reduce. Do dat once or twice more till u see 'skipad'. Click dat to take u 2ur download page.

ayodot: hello all gurus in the thread. I installed the CWM Recovery from this blog
( http://tecnoandroids./2013/03/09/clockwork-mod-recovery-for-tecno-n3/ ), it didn't work. The blog link was posted on the thread, so I decided to try it out.
The I couldn't download the BAT file from the link provided on the blog so I used the AIO Flasher provide by brainrex courtesy fonehacker from xda.
The flashing the file and then booting into recovery, nothing happened except for some screen flashes and after awhile the screen turned blue.
I was able to restore the original recovery though.

Now my question is As Any One Been Able to Install CWM Recovery on N3.
Brainrex, hollaslyd and others Pls I await ur response

The bat file is nw available there. He provided 4shared links. Check d comments. Couple of questions: one, hw did u use d AI0 tool in flashing? Two, did u use d stock recovery.img he (ogatimon) provided or u used brainrex's dumpd rom to restore to normal? And, hw did u use them/restore d phone? Pls reply.

visitamyu: So you mean deleting more apps will free up internal memory and will subsequently allow me to install more apps on SD? Can you elaborate your point 'cos am lost. My main point is i cant install apps to SD even after getting my fone rooted and the 17mb will not allowing me install apps greater than 2mb. Any apps i installed/moved to SD will not increase my internal memory afterward. I wish someone out there understand my challenge!

Drop down d notification curtain and click on d low memory warning so dat it takes u 2ur internal. U'll be presented wit a list of apps on d internal and their sizes. Go tru dem and delete d one dat u can do witout. Dats hw i manage my internal. Although i av partioned my sd 4a month now, notin is going into my 2nd partition (which link2sd says is 104% free!?!). I plan to re-partition or sometin but in d meantime, i keep my internal above 18mb.

Olamyyde: use links2sd and titanium backup if u dont wanna partition, apps2sd only moves d apk files to mmc

Uhmm, hw can one use link2sd and tbkup 2 handle internal mem without partitioning sd card?

visitamyu: Hello N3 gurus! My tecno N3 is saying 'low on space' even after rooting my fone. I have 17mb of internal storage left and it wont allow me to install any apps more than 2mb saying insufficient memory. I have read how people install HD games and many other softwares on their rooted tecno N3 but cant work my way on mine. Is there any apps i need to install after rooting or settings that need be altered. I have installed apps2sd/appsmgrIII and moved all movable apps to sd. Also my preferred location for installation of apps is SD but the problem of insufficient memory still persist and cant install apps of 2MB above still. I noted that despite the rooting, internal memory still reduces with any apps installed in SD. HELP ME HOUSE PLS!

NB: Could it be how i rooted my fone? I just got to discover that the apps and libraries (poot, ministro & super user) i used in rooting are stored/installed on memory card, but i have moved them to internal memory. Though the problem am facing still persist. HELP ME HOUSE PLS!

17mb? Dats d problem. U should try 2 keep d memory above 18mb. Delete any apps u're nt using 2 free space.

Go to playstore and download 'Sd Tools'. Its capable of testing card read/write speeds. About 2mb/s equals class 2, about 4mb/s equals class 4 and so on. Or look 4 a circled number on d card's surface, it will be either 2 or 4 or 6 or upwards. It indicates class.

mukejuju: Hi all, I half-bricked my Tecno T3 by flashing a bad recovery img. Actually, my phone can't boot in recovery mode, and if something gets messed up with the actual system, it'll be bricked for good. So, I need to flash a stock recovery before attempting dangerous manipulations of this phone.
For anyone who has successfully rooted his Tecno T3, can you please make your stock recovery available.

The steps to do this are :
1. root your Tecno T3
2. Install romdump ( http://android.podtwo.com/romdump/ )
3. Get adb working
4. Follow instruction from web page above
5. Upload the stock recovery.

NB: I've tried flashing a stock recovery for Tecno N3 (brainrex one) but it is not compatible, I think I really need a stock recovery for T3.
