My HP Elitebook 6930p is not showing any thing on the screen if I on it. But the fan is blowing, nothing is show on the LED. If I on it, the power will come on and go off after some seconds and come on again. The fan will be blowing but nothing shows on the screen. I have done all the troubleshooting I could, but nothing show. I remove the RAM and HDD and put them back. I have try to reset by hold the power botton for 60sec after removing battery and power adapter. All yield no result. I also connect it to external monitor to check if it is display fault but nothing showed. What will I do? The pic is attached

Where do u get the chinise language. Is it after it has booted to windows or at the setup. If its the setup u dont need to reformat, but if it is at windows, u can reformat and choose english when window setup prompt you to choose language during formating.

If I scan my lapy with malwarebytes anti-malware, it will display some files or programes as PUP(Potentially Unwanted Program) or PUM(Potentially Unwanted Modification), though identifying them as non malwares.
