Car Talk / Re: How Much Do You Spend On Fuel Weekly? by BestvalueEnt(m): 3:47pm On Jul 26, 2016
WebMania:

From the details you provided, you're getting approx. 17mpg.
If i'm not mistaken, this is a 1991/92 Golf. I'd say that's not too bad.
This car when new would be getting approx. 28-30mpg.

Thanks for the response.

Please i want to ask if changing the caberator will reduce the fuel consumption?

I have checked for the price in Iyana-Itire N5,500 (is it reasonable)

I cover a distance of (OSHODI- iKOYI) 50km daily to & fro work daily & 20km for outing & church on weekends
(50 km * 5 days) 250 km + 20 km = Total 270km

Note; I rarely get stucked in traffic apart from (Adekunle for Adeniji traffic every morning)

Congratulations on your Posting.

Order now for your camp kits on konga nationwide delivery available.
NYSC / 5 Must- Have For Every Prospective Corp Member by BestvalueEnt(m): 3:45pm On Oct 14, 2015
The time to go serve our country, Nigeria, is now almost upon us. And am sure prospective corps members-especially those who have been idle for a while- can’t wait to turn up at the NYSC camp ground, in their respective posted states later this month.
And who would blame them, considering the fun stories they must have heard about camp: the parade, the legend of the maami market, the March pasts, the competitions, the late night rendezvous with friends’ et al
However, as a prospective corps member, in order for you to fully enjoy your camping experience, see a list of some must have you should consider getting before going to camp

1) T-shirt
Well! Well! Well! Before you go to camp, remember that you would for the period of those 3 weeks always be decked in white t-shirts and white shorts. So, it would be in your best interests to buy a couple of white t-shirts before embarking on your adventure. ‘’But they will give us T-shirts nah’’ You ask? Well, Yes, but then more often than not those t-shirts will be so big, you will feel like: The t-shirt was the one wearing you and not the other way round. Buy a 3-in-1 t-shirt today.

2) Shorts
If you aren’t on the parade ground, you’re wrong. You will sure hear this countless times over the next few weeks. However, if you don’t get some shorts before you get to camp, you’ll have only yourself to blame when you discover that the shorts given to you can accommodate/wear you and your best friend, and still leave space for a third person’s leg 
So ensure you get shorts that will be fitting and comfortable for you.

3) Purse
So there will be countless lectures over the next few weeks, SAED lectures, Orientation lectures, This and that lecture, and it would involve a great deal of moving up and down.
You will spend your time in Maami, on the camp ground, in your hostel, and the only way you can keep track of your valuables (Phone, Power Bank, Wallet) and keep them safe is by keeping them in your purse (waist or hand purse) always.
You can only use it to store canned and bottled drinks, for when you will be thirsty during those long lectures.
But I don’t have a purse you ask? Then buy one at Themart today

4) Shoes & Socks
Well! Socks and Shoes the indivisible couple. It is essential you get some pairs of this to ensure your feet are taken care of in camp. There will be a lot of activities in camp and, as a result, it is essential you get Shoes that are well fitted and not ill fitted, too tight, or too loose. You will be given the Jungle boots in camp, start praying you miraculously get your size, if not you will have to swap with people around.
Ensure you procure some pairs of socks too, you’ll be given socks by Nysc, however socks are the commodities that disappear, get mixed up the most, so it makes sense to have some pairs as back up

5) Power-bank
Being in camp is an interesting, interesting experience; you’ll make friends, have fun, participate in competitions and shows e.t.c
However the love for your phone and necessity for it to be on all the time while in camp will necessitate you getting a power bank. Especially, if you’re in a camp where electricity isn’t that regular.
Buying a small sized Power Bank (2400 amh) can help power your batteries when there is no electricity supply, for up to …. So why not get one today.

Imagine not being able to call that fine chick- you met in the morning during parade-later in the day because your battery was low, and before you next saw her, she had a Camp Boyfriend already lol, don’t miss your chance, get a power bank today.

You need to procure these essentials before you get to camp, so that you don’t end up lamenting about not finding your choice of these items in camp, and serenading us with stories that touch. All you have to do is to order them online at /themart

Wishing all Batch B Prospective Corp Members all the very best in camp, and in their service year ahead. I pray it brings good tidings to you and all your dreams and aspirations.
