ruicosta2000: I received a mail requesting her to do Biometrics and a few minutes later, the PPR mail came on February 12. Documents submitted include AXA Money Market as POF Bank Account letter of confirmation and proof of investment in Fixed deposit. Letter from a Close Friend attesting to the relationship AXA life insurance policy naming her as beneficiary. Rent receipt in both our names for one year. Statement of account showing transfers from my account to hers over the past one year Photographs taken together with time date of location spanning one year (10 photos). I wish everyone speedy processing and success. Congratulations ruicosta2000... Are these the only documents you submitted to prove common-law partnership? |

Bubblefairy: If I get you correctly, I should stick to my one year baking job to claim the points for my score, then I state the rest in personal history? Yes, if your CRS is sufficient for ITA If not, you can go with joo2018's option or try pnp |

Bubblefairy: Thanks for the response, I did the baking job for about a year before I got my present job which I have been working for about 2 years now. can I claim: 30hours per week of 1 year (full time) 15 hours per week of two years ( part time) Making it two years altogether? YES IMO, why don't you use your one year baking job because 2 years of foreign work experience does not add to your CRS score but only adds to your eligibility score (I am not so sure, please let the elders clarify and also check your score), this would keep things simple. then you state the customer service job and part time baking in personal history. |

psychalade: Good day everyone, please can somebody please enlighten me; how a skilled garment maker/tailor with a high school certificate, can go about the process of Canada federal skilled immigration visa process? You can check out the self-employed person program, however NOTE that the processing time is 24months (it could be less or more) |
