You can go for 189, 190 and 489 visas.
That said, you don't have to use your experience to get a positive assessment from Engineers Australia. You can use your IT, final project, MSc project to prepare your CDR. Download the MSA booklet from Engineers Australia website for guide. Read the first few pages of this thread to understand the process better. You have a better chance.

Babe, i hope you know that Laparoscopy is diagnostic surgery not curative? The Drs. do it just to check out what's going on in your reproductive system, albeit internally. So no go waste money o, until you know it is really necessary.

yes dear...av done d diagnostic aspect ooo na surgery d doctor suggest for further treatment. But am believing God for a miracle.

Nawah ! !! ! So when you did diagnostic surgery why didnt they just remove the cyst and clean up the endometriosis or is it done differently. Pls educate your sis .thanks

Laparoscopic diagnosis is different from Laparoscopic surgery...i made enquiries too and they said diagnosis first

Babes, you're not alone...God will visit you. Take the medical issues one after the other...Don't let the results overwhelm you. When I find it difficult to pray or do anything I just play gospel songs or listen to Christian channels before you know it, God finds a way to encourage His children through those teachings.. HE can just send a Word through those mediums to remind us that He is still working things out in our favour. Relax dear, all will be well.

Bethely, with God on your side you will share your testimony soon. Why do t you try OAU teaching hospital for the Laparoscopy surgery it might not be as expensive as you think. I am also considering OAUTH for removal of ovarian cyst. Once my appointment is confirmed I will have an idea of the cost but I gathered that it's affordable. Where is your Dr suggesting for the Laparoscopy surgery?

Thank you dear. its life hospital Nnewi in Anambra state. the cost of lap surgery is high there. I will consider OAU teaching hospt...pls have you done urs please let me know when you do it and how much.

Prolactin is within its standard range but its above average/ slightly high. U need to manage this (ur Dr will explain better)
LH is within its standard range while FSH is above its range . Also d ratio of LH/ FSH is approx. 1:2
Estradiol & PG concentrations r within their ranges.
My conclusion : I think LH/FSH ratio was 1:2 for two reasons;
1. cos two different test kits were used ( their units are not d same) or 2. Cos their test was conducted on CD3. But my instinct says it's no 1.
Also ur Prolactin conc should be lower
Overall, l think it's a fair hormonal assay result.

DH standard ranges are also needed in order to give a better interpretation.
As 4 cysts; if dy r not harden; then dy can managed & eradicated( check older trends) but if it's d former; l believe laparoscopy might be d only option

I hasve done diagnostic laparoscopy This April 2017 and d result show that
1) two cysts ( one on each ovary/ endometrioma cyst)
2) Both ovaries are enlarged (kising ovary but not glued together)
3) early stage of endometriosis
4) bilateral tubal blockage
5) two fibroids less than 6cm

Doctor said Laparoscopic surgery is d way out. (where d money dey?)

Did i mention that i conceived in Feb. 2016 but lost it in April 2016 just wondering the bilateral tubal blockage in April 2017. All d while we thot it was Dh's low sperm count that kept us from conceiving.

I have cried and consoled myself but I have not found strength to pray or even sing praises again. I still know nothing is bigger than God but i need a sign that He (God) is still with me in all these.
I strongly belive that THIS TOO SHALL PASS. But am so down my sisters.

Its been two years of marriage... its been from one medical story to another.

Pls dis is my latest hormonal assay make una help me interprete

Day 3 test:

Prolactin 33.3 (5.0- 35.0 ng/ml)

LH= 6.14 (1.5 -8.0 ng/ml)

Ostradiol= 24.9 (18-147 pg/ml)

FSH=14.27 mIU/ml (3.9 - 12.0 mIU/ml)

Day 21 Test
Progesterone 14.58 ng/ml (1.5-20 ng/ml)
Hubby's count is 14.8 million
Pls how do i go about this...plus the fact that I have endometrioma Cyst on my right ovary. The doctor said Laparoscopy is the option.

pls where can i get Lap done effectively and less expensive in Ibadan
