NaijaOlosho:
sad

From my observation

It is obvious that celebrities don't remember there home not until there parents die.

Look closely they just built the house or may be renovated a dilapidated house just for the burial

But when her dad was alive she didnt work on the house undecided

Fake tears
It’s obvious. Besides, why wearing party evening wear as funeral mourning dress. These nollybabes are so crass sometimes.

Bibiyobra:
The pictures you uploaded are those that were badly done or better still done by quacks, if the silicone deteriorates as the years goes by why haven't the Kardashians experience this grin grin grin grin
Because they keep going back to their surgeons for remedial surgeries and fat injections to augment depressed areas of the skin on their buttocks as confirmed by Khloe Kardashian. Many clinics in Nigeria even use industrial strength silicone which is not ideal but gives more dramatic results.

It's a program on E! It's all about fixing tissues that arises due to cosmetic surgery mehn that program is an eye opener I can never and will never do it except it's to save my life and by God's grace I will not even have such issues abeg.
The most annoying thing is this women do this things to be attractive to men but then they are shouting feminist feminist up and down when it's so obvious they can't do without the plenty men they Bleep around with it's a pity
It’s sad but true. They always regret it afterwards when it’s too late and the damage has already been done. Instead of looking sexy, their buttocks look horrible when they remove their clothes, and still end up disgusting to those men they were trying to impress in the first place.
CelebritiesDangers Facing Nigeria’s Celebrities Who Have Done Butt Enlargement Surgery by Bethrose(op):
Some Nigerian celebrities joined the craze for butt enlargement without realizing the dangers associated with this process few years down the line, and the side effects of the use of silicone injectibles which can give rise to rotting skin tissues, which in turn lead to massive craters on the buttocks and downright unsightly scars as is shown in the before and after images below.

Not only can it make sleep uncomfortable as most of these women have to lie on their front to avoid putting too much pressure on the buttocks which has been rendered delicate as a result of the procedure, sitting for long periods, especially on hard surfaces can also be a problem. Many women who have undergone this process are already experiencing the side effects and even though their disfigurement is hidden under their clothes, many regret subjecting themselves to this process, but by then, it’s too late.

In extreme cases, Sepsis which is a serious infection can set in at the buttocks, affecting other organs in the body. In Brazil , the country which made this procedure popular, the surgery has been recording an alarming mortality rate of recent. Even in Nigeria there have been some fatalities.
Many of the Nigerian celebrities such as Onyi Alexx, Toke Makinwa, Dakota Lawson, Chika Ike, Daniella Okeke, Tonto Dike, Caroline Danjuma, and Iyabo Ojo who almost lost her life to this procedure are battling some of these issues in private, and will face even greater side effects in the future as a result of this procedure.

It is important that young girls who consider these celebrities role models and are keen to undergo this butt enlargement procedure to make themselves more attractive should note the dangers involved, if not present, but in the future. This will help them to make an informed decision because all that glitters is not gold. If some of these celebrities involved remove their clothes, and even their body contouring underwear, their scars will just put one off. Most of the time these celebrities only show their heavily edited and filtered photos. The reality is nothing to write home about, with ugly scars, lopsided buttocks and very obvious disfigurements so young ladies should beware and think twice before engaging in this procedure.

CelebritiesExercises You Can Do At Home To Stay Healthy During Lockdown by Bethrose(op): 2:18pm On May 01, 2020
If you’re stuck in the house waiting for the Coronavirus crisis to end, your local gym or park is shut and you don’t have a garden, how do you get some exercise and burn off the calories?

Here are some tips from the NHS for a 10-minute cardio workout routine for aerobic fitness that you can do without any special equipment.

Before you begin, warm up with a 6-minute warm-up routine. After your workout, cool down with a 5-minute stretch.
Rocket jumps: 2 sets of 15 to 24 repetitions (reps)
For rocket jumps, stand with your feet hip-width apart, legs bent and hands on your thighs.

Jump up, driving your hands straight above your head and extending your entire body. Land softly, reposition your feet and repeat.

For more of a challenge, start in a lower squat position and hold a weight or a bottle of water in both hands at the centre of your chest.

Recovery: walk or jog on the spot for 15 to 45 seconds.

Star jumps or squats: 2 sets of 15 to 24 reps
To do a star jump, stand tall with your arms by your side and knees slightly bent.
Jump up, extending your arms and legs out into a star shape in the air.
Keep your abs tight and back straight during the exercise.

Squats
As a less energetic alternative, do some squats. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands down by your sides or stretched out in front for extra balance.

Lower yourself by bending your knees until they’re nearly at a right angle, with your thighs parallel to the floor.

Keep your back straight and don’t let your knees extend over your toes.

Recovery: walk or jog on the spot for 15 to 45 seconds.

Tap backs: 2 sets of 15 to 24 reps
To start tap backs, step your right leg back and swing both arms forward, then repeat with the opposite leg in a continuous rhythmic movement.

Look forward and keep your hips and shoulders facing forward. Don’t let your front knee extend over your toes as you step back.

For more of a challenge, switch legs by jumping (also known as spotty dog), remembering to keep the knees soft as you land. Your back heel needs to be off the floor at all times.

Recovery: walk or jog on the spot for 15 to 45 seconds.

Burpees: 2 sets of 15 to 24 reps
To do a burpee from a standing position (1), drop into a squat with your hands on the ground (2). Kick your feet back into a push-up position (3). Jump your feet back into a squat (4) and jump up with your arms extending overhead (5).

For an easier burpee, don’t kick out into the push-up position and stand up instead of jumping.

Now cool down with this 5-minute stretch routine.

Buttock stretch – hold for 10 to 15 seconds

Lie on your back and bring your knees up to your chest.
Cross your right leg over your left thigh.
Grasp the back of your left thigh with both hands.
Pull your left leg towards your chest.
Repeat with the opposite leg.

Hamstring stretch – hold for 10 to 15 seconds

Lie on your back and raise your right leg.
Hold your right leg with both hands, below your knee.
Keeping your left leg bent with your foot on the floor, pull your right leg towards you keeping it straight.
Repeat with the opposite leg.

Inner thigh stretch – hold for 10 to 15 seconds

Sit down with your back straight and your legs bent.
Put the soles of your feet together.
Holding on to your feet, try to lower your knees towards the floor.

Calf stretch – hold for 10 to 15 seconds

Step your right leg forward, keeping it bent, and lean forwards slightly.
Keep your left leg straight and try to lower the left heel to the ground.
Repeat with the opposite leg.

Thigh stretch – hold for 10 to 15 seconds

Lie on your right side.
Grab the top of your left foot and gently pull your heel towards your left buttock to stretch the front of the thigh.
Keep your knees touching.
Repeat on the other side.
