You dont get it,CCT will pass their judgement first(1) they will tell Saraki to vacate the seat with immediatly effect,then saraki will vacate the seat and go to supreme court or whatever,or have you ever seen a suspect going to supreme court or appeal court without verdict at high court or any court before
