Depends how much you have with you,iron should cost you 16,000 naira with workmanship,the wood should cost you about 10k and workmanship 10k,you have to do it twice,one side and back side first and then the other side and front side,you will need about 30 block so they can pieces it to block the hole,you will need about 8bags of cement,hanger is 100naira each and you are going to need about 48pieces,the barb wire is 4500naira each and you will need about 13 bundles and the guy selling the barb wire should help you to get someone to fix the barb wire at the rate of 9000naira

firstly its going to cost you multiply by 4,secondly they will need to dig part of it again during plumbing and wiring,people dont really get it, you dont need german floor if its bongalow its a waste of resources,you can do it later after roofing,When i say engineers are ass-hole i mean,they charge multiply by 2 of the actual amount and they sometimes causes procastination because looking at their quotation,you would be thinking the money you have can not build you a house,they are mainly for wealthy people and politicians beside some brick-layers are better than some engineers

The normal size of soakaway is 8ft by 12ft for big ones,and 6ft by 4 fit for the small ones,the big one should be 10 fit deep while the small ones should be about 6ft deep,but most times,the lenght and width of your soakaway depends solely on the size of the available land after the setting out of the main building
Now after the roofing,now come the fencing(you need the fencing at this stage because of plumbing and wiring,because theRE should be some pipes inside the fence to avoid digging of compound floor in the future)but if you are not ready to fence the building,you can start the first phase of plumbing and the installation of electric pipes,tell the technician you want half condit to avoid too much expenses,the first phase of plumbing should cost you about 120k while the first phase of wiring should cost you about 70k,After that,you will need ceiling which should cost you 200k plus for abestos but if its pvc,it should cost you about 120k plus,i mean pvc of 6500 per pack if you really want to go for a cheap one,though i will advice you to go for abestos,now you have to go for floor,you will need about 4 loads of stone sand and 2 loads of normal sand and 40bags of cement,the workmanship should be 80k
after that you will pay weather for buglary windows which should cost about 90k,tell them you want tick pipe as its the best option,then you will pay for window glass which is of 2 types,casement and slidding,casement should cost you about 400k so i will advice you to go for slidding which should cost you about 160k,if its casement,they will install it at once but if its slidding it would be done on 2 phases,first phase is instalation of glass frame which should be 40 percent of the 160k and after plastering you will pay the remaining 60 percent to install the glass,you will need about 70 bags of cement and 5 loads of normal sand to plaster the whole building without the floor,since you will use tiles for the floor,after plastering,then comes the walldrobe which should cost you about 250 for 6 rooms ,every other things depends on your TASTE

firstly foundation should be around..1.300 blocks of 130naira each
Hausa to dig the foundation 30k,
you will pay 3 expert brick layer 2500 naira each to do the setting out,(dont use engineer they are as-hole) just promise those bricklayer you will give them the job,
they should be able to finish the digging in a day
mind you,you will buy peg 2 pack of 2000naira each,then nail 500naira and tie rod,like 50 pieces thats 100naira each
soon as the digging is completed,you will negociate with one bricklayer to collect 100k for foundation will fillings,you will tell him you will dig soak away and he will help you to use it to fill it
then you will pay him 40k upfront,you will buy 2 loads of stone sand for the foundation and 2 loads of normal sand,you will need about 25bags of cement for the foundation floor and another 20 to construct the foundation itself ,soon as the foundation is completed,you will pay 60.000 naira for someone to dig soak away for you,2 bigs one and 2 small ones because its 2 flats,then the bricklayer will use the sand they dig out,to fill the foundation
please dont do german floor at this stage since its bongalow
