It does show, to me at least, that the judiciary isn't in APC's pockets as some who lost cases during APC regimes will like to claim.

It's sheer hypocrisy. Where is proof of corruption, apart from the fact that he lost.

Exactly why it's tough taking Obidient concerns seriously, Judicial system was working and not compromised when Peter Obí won but it is now he has lost for the first time.

My suggestion to you is to read what the learned Judges said and try and pick holes in that.

Over voting by the way does not and has never nullified elections in Nigeria. It has nullified polling unit votes, and in certain cases prompted a rerun, but never whole elections.

Point still remains, Peter Obi cannot rejoice when he wins in court and complain when he loses.

It's childish and shows a distinct lack of decorum.

Also the Ẹdo elections where not as straightforward as you have made it out to be.

It is Peter Obi who complained the loudest so he is a valid example to use in the hypocrisy of politicians complaining about the judiciary.

Please check out election tribunals outcomes since the Presidential elections, APC have lost seats as well as unsuccessfully challenged elections.

Of course, it doesn't mean the judiciary is perfect or are better or worse than before.

If President Tinubu loses at the Tribunal in 2027 and complains, I would name and shame him too as I am not APC.

Per the Edo elections tribunal, did you read the reasons why the PDP petition was thrown out?

And my point is you can't win like Peter Obi did as governor in the courts and say it was a wonderful judiciary then as soon as you lose once, you start crying like a baby claiming the judiciary is corrupt.

We the people are not stupid even though we know politicians treat us as if we are, well aside Obidients, we are not.
