HiiiPower: It just saddens me that Nigerian girls are subpar,
and I do really want to make my mum happy by finding
someone she can relate to. It's like I'm caught between

and what I'm accustomed to. This isn't a case of personal experience
nor having an utter hatred for Nigerian women, I personally just don't
think most of their character traits(based on my location and what I've seen elsewhere)
suit my person.

I don't have a problem with Nigerian women in general and what they represent,
I just wanted to know if there are other 'breeds' of Nigerian women
different from the norm that I'm accustomed to.

All i have for you is stick to other racess that breeds the traits that suits your person.
You can care less about those who don't catch your fancy and move on instead of dwelling your thoughts on their bad traits
when it comes to chossing a life partner, you are not supposed to be presured into chosing against your wish.

you are saying that a prerequisite for opening joint account is the woman must be working, good. what if your job suddenly stops and your woman picks up a very good job which can help sustain the family through this period you are unemployed and serching for job? hope u wouldnt demand for joint acount incase the job is taking too long to come.

what if their is emergency and you are not around and since she is not working,
hope u'l be glad to learn that she has gone to borrow money frm ur brother

people should be able to understand and trust each before u go into marriage in the first place.
If you trust your wife, she should have access to your money becos you have confidence in the wife
