what is the basis for asking for additional 7m for God sake? one day they will demand for the electorate to start worshiping them, there are thieves, God punish them all. Don't they know that lots of people cannot feed two times daily? and they are there asking for more money instead of thinking on how to withdraw part of what they have been stealing. nawa oooooooooooooooooo |

Nigerians, be calm &dont do anythin rash yet. D time is soon upon us &this charade wont be for too long again. It shall come upon dem suddenly. It's not just dem, it shall be total - across evrythn as u know it now. D foundatn of dis country was faulty &we never really had heroes past. Dat is d problem. We'll go bak to d roots &reset it, wit new faces, new structures, new systems, new symbols &anthems. Nigeria shall be reborn. It shall be d greatest country on earth. Most of d GCFR, CFR, CON etc shall be witdrawn &only on merit to inspire TRUE PATRIOTISM IN ANYONE -& not d elite &moneybags |

We know these guys are all thieves but ate they the only ones? Before criticising them, will you reject the increase if you are one of them. Answer the question truthfully. There are only two types of people in Nigeria- the corrupt and those waiting to be corrupt. That is the reason why these thieves can get away with it, because you all will make noise but in your hearts secretly hope you can be a senator too. 3 Likes |

While Obama earns 100million naira equivalent Yearly... Are these guys not thieves? |
Re: Reps Want Quarterly Allowances Increased To N35M by Nobody: 2:21pm On Sep 20, 2012 |
sam-carlos: Point of Correction, Obama earns $400,000 which is about 62 million naira. Less than half of what these morons earn. Cameron earns £160,000 which is about 40 million naira. Less than a third of what these imbeciles earn. Yet minimum wages in these countries are 10 - 15 times higher than Nigeria. The disparity between the rich and the poor is sooooooo huge in Nigeria, I just wonder how this country continues to exist. 4 Likes |

daywatcher: and yet we Nigerians are not doing anythinng. when they now rename Unilag to Maulag we start to cry. misplaced proritiesBro, Nigerians are the most cowardly and docile humans you ever find on earth. Our foolishness and over-religiosity are cords that have continued to keep us in burden. Bro, the ectent to which the government of a ntaion is corrupt, depends on the masses. What d yuo expect from your lawmakers and leaders when they fully aware of the massesinability to suffocate and hold them responsible for their failures? Leaders only fluorish on the ignorance of their followers! Rulers powers are ultimately dependent on support from the pple they rule. Their moral authority, economic resources, transport system, government bureaucracy, army, and police etc rest upon the cooperation and assistance of the general populace. If there is general conformity, like it is in Nigeria, then the rulers are powerful. And if there is general noncooperation and defiance, the rulers powers disintegrate. No human government is omnipotent. They all thrive on the fears and ignorance of their followers.... 1 Like |

No wonder the House of RepresentaTHIEVES have been threatening and rallying round to impeach the President - which sums up the sole reason for their threat: It was all about their allowance and constituency projects for them to loot, not about complete budget implementation or our collective interest... #Olori buruku |

2ru-talk: Nigerian leaders are WICKED. And they would all go straight into the depth of HELL if they don't change their ways. I wonder why the black race is so cruel. -N-11.67M per month would pay the salary of 145 graduates at 80,000 naira/month. Now, -N-11.67M * 12 equals circa -N-140M. -N-140M would pay the salary of 145 graduates for a year! God have mercy! |
