A self acclaimed pageant oganizer who was once arrested for raping his Contestants, has been rearrested again, This time for duping.

The man identified as Richard Franklin who is said to be the organizer of Miss Teen Bayelsa was arrested this morning for duping an organization off 250k with false pretence

According to reports extortion, threats and raping of contestants is now a norm in the Nigerian pageant industry especially in Bayelsa, Most of the pageants there are said to be fake..
Well the said man is currently cooling his heels at the Ekeki Police station, Yenagoa in Bayelsa state and will be charged to court soon..

And wait is that a torn trousers i see him wearing? Lol.. This my sharp eyes will put me in trouble one day..

A young woman who blinded herself while high on crystal meth has spoken about the experience as a warning to others about the perils of drugs.

Last month, Kaylee Muthart, from Anderson, South Carolina made headlines when she was rushed to the hospital after she was found tearing her own eyes out in front of a church, in what she thought at the time was a sacrifice to God.

Now, completely blind but drug-free, the 20-year-old say “life is more beautiful now" - but only because she's kicked her drug habit.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan the former drug addict, who also suffers from mental health issues, describes the horrific ordeal that occured on February 6 - when her world “went black.”

After months of struggling with drug addiction, Muthart, 20, had promised her mother, Katy Tompkins, that she would attend rehab.

Tompkins recorded their conversation so she could get a court to issue a court order that would make rehab for her daughter mandatory.

But just one week before Muthart was supposed to leave for the rehabilitation centre, she bought meth from her drug dealer and took a larger dose than she had ever taken before.



The next morning, according to Muthart, whose memory of the incident is “fuzzy,” she thought everything would end and everyone would die if she didn’t “tear out my eyes immediately.”

Passerby found Muthart shortly after with her eyeballs in her hands after gouging them out. According to the people who saved her life, she was screaming “I want to see the light!” and tried to fight them off.

The 20-year-old was rushed to Greenville Memorial Hospital in South Carolina where doctors performed an emergency surgery.

Muthart told Cosmopolitan of the moment she woke up: “Everything was dark, and I knew I was blind, but when I sensed my mom by my side, I knew I would be okay.”

And although she does get upset about her situation occasionally, Muthart says she would rather be blind than on drugs.

“Life’s more beautiful now, life’s more beautiful than it was being on drugs. It is a horrible world to live in,” Muthart said

According to News Breaker Binatari Egbe who shared the photos on his page the incident happened after Police started chasing thinking that they were illegal bunkers, Driving with overspeed the car exploded and got burnt beyond repairs..
The driver barely survived but has been rushed to Okolobiri Hospital Emergency Room.

A fake Pastor named Apostle Kingsley has been arrested and has appeared before Mrs. Eke- Spiff At a magistrate court sitting in Yenagoa Bayelsa state on the 12th of March 2018, for obtaining a white Toyota Limited Edition Jeep from a member of his church under false pretense. EbiwalisGossipBlog Reports

The prosecutors, Nigeria Police Force, in a 3 count charge alleged that one Apostle Kingsley Abiekunogho tricked one of his church members Jones Seiyefa into giving him the sum of N20, 000 and the said Jeep in exchange for spiritual breakthrough.

That in a months time he would receive what he has donated (the car) in two folds.

Findings from Ebiwalismoment.com revealed that Trouble began between the two parties when the member Seiyefa asked the pastor to return his Jeep because several months have passed without any form of financial increase, but he was growung poorer by the day.

It all began when Seyeifa attended the Apostle Kingsley's church, named God Is Able Mega Fire Ministry located at Opolo in Yenagoa, during a special programme when a visiting Pastor told him that God has a wonderful gift for him if he donates all he has to the resident pastor of the church.

Seiyefa then stepped out and pledged the ₦20,000, all he had left in his bank account.

His wife while explaining the ordeal to EbiwalisGossipBlog Reporter said:
'The visiting pastor told my husband that the amount was too small for a man in his caliber that is seeking financial breakthrough from God and asked if he had a car"

He told him he had a Jeep, the Man of God instructed him to hand over the Jeep to the resident pastor and that in one month his donation double.

EbiwalisGossipBlog also gathered that after donating the said sum and Jeep the next day, Seiyefa was invited to church on a later date to drink a special honey they claimed would perfect the miracle.


He brother who stays with them said:
“he came back home saying that he urgently needed to change the name of ownership of the jeep to the name of the pastor.

“All effort to stop him from carrying out the plan proved abortive. I thought he would change his mind but the next day I heard that he had done the change of ownership.

"But by the grace of God, days after he did the change of ownership he came back to his senses and revealed that he did all he did because he was under some kind of influence”

The presiding magistrate, Mrs. Eke- Spiff granted an application for bail filed by the defendant and adjourned the case 4th April 2018.

At least ten Lagos State LAGBUS vehicles, four refuse evacuation trucks and millions of naira worth of goods stored in warehouses have been totally destroyed following a sudden outbreak of fire at the Olusosun dump site in Ojota, Lagos.

The fire which started at about 4pm on Wednesday evening was allegedly caused by a flare on the dumpsite which quickly spiralled out of control.

According to eyewitnesses, drivers inside the LAGBUS park at the time of the fire did not take expect the inferno to escalate, hence, their refusal to evacuate the buses.

A physically-challenged waste collector in Calabar, Cross River State, Effanga Francis Umoh, has revealed that he does not go to hospital when sick, but smokes marijuana to get cured.


Unlike other refuse disposal agents in the market, who log waste baskets on their heads, in wheelbarrows or trucks, Umoh shuffles his king-size basket filled with waste to point of disposal, while crawling on his buttocks.

In a chat with Vanguard he said:
“The money the market women pay to pack their refuse cannot even buy me enough food to eat and igbo (marijuana) to cool my body, so which one do I take to the hospital for treatment? .

I stay at home and buy herbs from Mallam and smoke some igbo and God always cures me. Even when I have sores on my body because of scratching on the ground, I burn the sores with igbo and I get well.” .

Asked why he does not sit at one spot and beg for alms rather than undertaking the laborious activity to make money, he said:

“I am an Efik man and we do not beg for alms in any circumstance because we are a proud nation. So I will rather work than bring shame to my people.”

A woman named Peace Uzezi Akpobaro has through her family into mourning after taking her own life following her husband's non stop infidelity..

Peace who works with one of the new generation banks along market road, Ughelli, Delta State was founded dead at her Iwhrekpokpor road residence in Ughelli, Delta State. .

Sources in the area said her husband had brought home his mistress to be staying with them under one roof, a situation that was said to have made her take her own life. .

A neighbour at the residence, said: “An empty can of Sniper and Fanta was found by her lifeless body which was discovered in the house.” .

Confirming the incident, a senior police officer attached to the Ughelli ‘B’ Division police station, Agbarha-Otor, explained that her corpse has since been deposited at the morgue of a private mortuary.

The police in Bayelsa state has arrested a 31yr old man identified as Mike for raping a 9yr old virgin.
According to reports the guy who is their neighbor lured the girl simply identified as Ruth to his room with N20 before defiling her.
Her mother traced her to his room with her voice while she was screaming, While the mom was shouting her name, he then tied the little girl's mouth with a wrapper.
He has since been arrested and is currently in custody at Akenfa Police Station Yenagoa..

The Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday paraded a kidnap kingpin, Maitarari Isa Saidu arrested with 35 stolen vehicles. Saidu was paraded in Minna, Niger State by the Force Public Relations Officer (FPPRO) Jimoh Moshood in Minna along with 48 suspects including two of his children.


The 63 years old father of 29 children and three wives told journalists that he was behind several kidnap activities across the state and neighbouring Zamfara, Kaduna and FCT and Yobe in the North East.
He said he collected N300m and N170m respectively from his last two operations before concentrating on the business of receiving stolen vehicles.

He said the police recovered 28 stolen cars from his depots in Niger and Abuja, 15 others Zamfara and a number of other stolen cars from Kaduna.

According to him, “he was called the chairman of kidnapping but the business of kidnapping become to risky for me that was the reason for switching to receiving stolen cars and I have been in this for some years."

He said the that he ran into trouble when his boys received and paid N400,000 for a car which he quickly took to sell at the cost of N800,000 in Kano as a result of which the police got him.

Parading the suspects, Jimoh Moshood said they will be charged to court as soon as investigations were completed

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal office,yesterday arraigned one Olawunmi Dilureni before Justice S.O. Solebo of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja on an eight-count charge of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and stealing to the tune of Twenty-three Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira (N23, 320, 000. 00).

The defendant alongside Lola Aremu Anjorin, Tunde Jamiu, Oluremi Osobu and Home Concepts Limited( all at large) allegedly conspired to defraud a popular Lagos pastor, someone else named Nellie St. Matthew-Daniel and Eyitope St. Matthew-Daniel of the money.

The count reads:" That you, Olawumi Dilureni, on or about the 16th day of April, 2013 at Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable court, obtained the sum of N10, 000, 000. 00 (Ten Million Naira only) from one Dr. Anthony Rapu under the pretence that the money is for investment in diesel supply business with a monthly interest rate of 6.5%, which pretext you knew to be false and committed an offence contrary to Section 1(1) and 1(3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, No. 14 of 2016".

In view of her plea, the prosecution counsel, Fadeke Giwa, asked the court for a trial date and also urged the court to remand the defendant in prison custody.

The prosecution counsel told the court that she was served the bail application yesterday and that she needed time to respond accordingly.

She, therefore, asked for a short date to enable her reply in writing.

Justice Solebo adjourned the case to March 14, 2018 for hearing of the application for bail and ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison custody pending the hearing of her bail application.
