I am a community leader in my area and I am ready to fight ibos through all possible means be it militarily, legally, fiscally and all what not as it has now dawned on all Yoruba's that we have been harbouring in enemies in our land.

I am ready to contribute whatever amount to advance the Yoruba cause as I just can't seem to stomach the insults anymore. People that knw me on this board will agree win me that I have been absent for a while because I promised not to get involved with tribal war going on in the politics section but the constant,unnecessary and vexatious insults of the biafrans aimed at denigrating the hospitable yorubas made me log back on just this afternoon to give a retort and sound a note of warning to the ibos to tread with care on this war mongering on the internet as you never know who's online watching and reading all the insults against peace loving Nigerians.

if the ibos want to secede, there are veritable mechanisms to adopt via the United Nations through which self determination can be achieved. I thank God Biafrans have
now created a forum for themselves to discuss their secession plans hence we can be rid of the nuisance they constitute on his board.

This is a friendly advice which I urge all discerning ibos to adopt in order to avoid another genocide.

I believe that is why many SS states like Rivers and Akwa Ibom are weary of their presence. A generation after they settle in your domain they will begin dragging land with you. Yoruba are fools for accommodating them this long. Till today Rivers state government (a minority) has refused to return their abandoned property and the igbo noisemakers can't do shyt about it, after 50 years. We need to make it a regional policy to discourage igbo migration to the SW henceforth.

This is bad first Ibos. The Nigerian project favours them because they can sell their imported goods to a large market of 170 million people . Now there is nobody to sell to but barely 25million. The only reason for NAFTA, ECOWAS and EU is that larger markets are best in terms of combined GDP and scale economics. The East on its own is very unviable. It will be a landlocked, entity bordered by the Niger Delta, Cameroon, North East, Edo and Delta. All tribes in Nigeria have business skills, Dangote is from the North, Atiku has factories producing everything from pure water to cooking oil. Yorubas are Lords of the FMCG and other sectors. In the 70s Hausas had commercial enclaves in Lagos near Apapa, Ibadan , Old PH town and other places, these enclaves will now grow and multiply. I still don't know why people think this move East is good for Ibos.

I know at the right time we'll meaning Igbos will step in and renegades like Nnamdi Kanu will be relegated to the background. Opportunistic spur of the moment. Somebody ask Nnamdi Kanu and his goons if they have bothered to do a study on Nationalism at all; where in the study of Nationalism in either Political science or Sociology can you find a quest like that of Biafra calling for violence? The Igbos according to the Books and reality should pursue " Gentail Nationalism" If in 1960 Nigeria ddnt need a bullet to get independence from her colonial Masters the British, I wonder why Mr Kanu will be advocating for violence when it was clear Ojukwu failed using Violence. The igbos need Geniuses with Brains at this point in time and not Drunks with thugs and violent propaganda. It's a negotiation and consultation struggle and not violence. The igbos have the right to seek self determination but it should be handled by decent knowledgeable non violent professionals. Thugs got countries in the past but not in these days and age. The world has moved and the UN has provided for self determination. Igbos do the needful and explore the opportunity.

These and other acts perpetrated by IPOB is aimed at divisive ends and possible of triggering social disorder in all regions of the country. Ibo leaders should therefore call these people to order and disown them explicitly.

If those who call themselves Ibo leaders and with the desire to see Nigeria survive fail to disown and distance themselves from this IPOB group their silence will be taken as a tacit support and implicit in the goal to seceed BIAFRA.

I do not know the depth of knowledge the writer of the above had about Biafra. Granted that not every Ogoni person supported the Biafran agenda, there were prominent Ogoni sons and daughters who rode high on Biafran issue. There were people like Dr. Ignatius Kogbara who was Biafran ambassador in London and Chief Kobani.
