Tell your cousin/sponsor to keep calling their number till someone answers.
Your cousin can also put a rider on the email as your sponsor stating that the application was cancelled due to R10 completeness check. I know someone it happened to and that was what her sponsor did.
The nomination was transferred to the new express entry profile, same nomination expiry date.

My PR application was cancelled as incomplete because of a mix up in one of the documents I attached. I have opined another EE profile and email MPNP. Its over 3 weeks now but no response or acknowledgement of my mail. I called their number as well and no is picking. My cousin, who is also my sponsor also called and no one picked the call.

What else can I do?

This happened to a friend on Wednesday and I heard quite a number of people were denied boarding on Wednesday.

LAUTECH can be a nightmare. I looked up the VC’s email address on the internet. Didnt get an acknowledgement but got WES update shortly after.

I used only naija passport and they stamped the visa in it. I guess it depends on the passport used, for US passport, they will issue only COPR.

I don enter one chance. I sent only the usa passport. I hope I am not in soup[/quote]

Mine was received on 3rd of April, no update from Accra yet.

@ amidee. have you heard from Accra? my passport was received on the 3rd of April but no update yet.
