Felt its been long we heard of any news/info concerning Fayose's aide (Mr Abiodun Agbele). He was arrested by the EFCC in Lagos with regards the 4.7 billion arms fraud and it seems after an intense controversy the matter appears to have died down. Does anyone have an update regarding this issue? Mr lala how far na |

You might believe that a bath every day is enough to keep your body clean, but not really if you fail to clean these 7 body parts. Most of time we clean our body but not heels or elbows, which in turn become dark and dry. So the next time you have a bath, don’t forget these parts! #1 Elbows Have you looked closely at your arms -- don't your elbows look darker and drier? It is because you often tend to not clean it properly. It looks dark mostly because of the buildup of dead skin cells, which you can get rid of by exfoliating the area. So every time you have a bath, use an exfoliating cream and rub a loofah over your elbow to wash off the dead cells. You can even use lemon juice to lighten your elbows. After exfoliating, don't forget to apply a moisturiser to soften the skin around your elbows. . #2 Heels How often do you clean your heels? once in a week or only during a pedicure session? Well, you should be doing it every day to have smooth, soft heels and prevent cracked heels. One of the common causes of cracked heels is improper foot care and use of harsh chemicals that make them dry. While bathing, soak your feet in warm water before applying foot scrub or soap on the heels. Let it remain for 2 -3 minutes before you clean your heels with a scrubber or callus remover. Wash your feet with water, and do this routine daily for clean and smooth heels. #3 Neck You might be cleaning the neck but not the back of the neck, especially at its base. That's the reason why your neck looks darker compared to the rest of the body. While your neck is exposed to the environmental pollutants and chemicals all day long with sweat, it goes without saying that you need clean it properly every day. To clean it, apply soap on the front and back of the neck (including its base) and move your hands from bottom to the top of the neck and vice-versa to remove dirt. #4 Ears You might clean ear wax once a month but do you ever clean your ears while bathing? Yes, you need to clean your ears with soap and water every day to remove dirt and prevent wax build-up. Also, cleaning your ear regularly lowers your risk of ear infections. As you bathe, tilt your head to the right and splash some water gently in the right ear and clean it. Now do the same with the left ear. After you are done, remove the excess water with the help of a dry towel or cotton bud. Don’t forget to clean your ears regularly. #5 Knees Ever wondered why your knees are slightly darker than your thighs or legs? Again, the answer is lack of exfoliation. Also, back of the knees is least attended, leading to accumulation of dirt and sweat, which in turn increase your risk of infection and in some cases, leads to itching. All you need to do is apply soap and scrub your knees with a loofah while bathing. And don’t forget to moisturise your knees to soften the skin. #6 Back To get a flawless back, use baby oil to remove black spots and uneven skin tone, Ensure you scrub your back properly to get rid of dirt and sweat that might lead to backne. As you apply body wash or soap on your back, scrub your back with the help of a loofah. Firstly, do it from top to bottom and then sideways to remove dead cells and accumulated dirt. And then wash it with warm water and pat it dry. You can even rub your back with a towel to it Do this daily and you don't have to think twice to wear backless outfits this season. #7 Private parts The last but the most important body parts you should clean every day with proper care is your penis and vargyna. one should clean the vargyna from front to back (vargyna to anus) and not the other way round to prevent infections. Also, avoid using harsh soaps to clean your vargyna and do not scrub, but clean it gently. Similarly, even guys need to clean their pennnes regularly to avoid any infection |

It was a quiet Tuesday night. IBEDC had just done what they knew how to do best, hoarding electric power and leaving innocent citizens in the dark. The hostel residents had just finished their general hostel prayers which they hold twice weekly. Except for the noise of generators coming from nearby houses, the hostel was rather quiet. The serene silence was then suddenly broken by shouts of "Ejo! Snake!" Most of the students in their rooms didn't bat an eyelid as they thought it was an hoax. But a brave student who knew the shouts could not have been a lie suddenly yanked off the "anti-lasa"(don't ask me what this is) device in front of a fellow hostel mate's room and calmly approached the devil-black snake. Other students had already started to gather round this brave student to give him "moral support". The brave student fulfilled the scriptures by breaking the head of the serpent just as God promised the seed of man would. (gen 3:15) Shouts of celebration ensued just like it would if Nigeria wins the world cup. The elated students took turn in taking photos with the dead snake as a hobbyist photographer who lives in the hostel did not spare the camera. Lalasticlala
