I've tried toothpaste (colgate mint paste not the gel version) and petroleum jelly before with pretty good results. However it is not recommended for long-term use . I used 75% toothpaste and 25% vaseline as that seemed to gave the best test results..BUT THIS IS A TEMPORARY SOLUTION max 36HRS.

Get some proper thermal paste asap. Where are you based?

thanks bro, I successfully opened and dusted it. The real ish is where to get thermal paste to replace the wiped one on the heat sink and the cost price. I coupled it back and tried putting it on, it worked buh the fan became so loud that the game had to shut down itself. Have you tried any other substitute? (Is toothpaste cool). Hope to hear your professional advice.

Typically a overheating issue. Good starting point is giving it a good clean out (will need opening to clean out dust build up) and use in a well ventilated spot.
