Amumaigwe:presidency is no 1 position while speaker is no 4. As you can see there is slight different. If you ask a man to support you with 5milion and he gladly gives you then there's probability that thesame man can support you with bigger amount if you need his help some other day. |

Oshigun:They cry everyday about the age of Buhari and now they want thesame old Buhari to hand over to another man that would be close to 80yrs by 2023, how can any inteligent person be on thesame page with such senseless people? Sometimes I even think some of them claiming to be Igbos online are impostors because people from that tribe I've had dealings with in the physical are not this uninteligent. 1 Like |

SW 2023 is a done deal! Before the Nass election you people were saying Buhari would never support a Yoruba at the expense of a Northern,in your very eyes and to your shame Gbajabiamila clinched the position. As Buhari, El rufai and other Norhthern politicians worked for the emergence of Gbajabiamila, same way they'll all work together for the presidency to return to SW in 2023. 6 Likes 1 Share |

IvarTheBoneless:In Nigeria politics of today, the SE is the rejected region but people from their are too blind to see this. Regarding the last election, Some of them are still hopefull Atiku would reclaim the mandate Nigeria never gave him. And this statement from Junaid, who is the unofficial mouthpiece of the average northern power mongering politician is like a pierce in their hearts, all they want to hear from people like Junaid to Tinubu/Yoruba is insult. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

Igbo youths should not find this statement offensive because when this same man insulted Tinubu and his tribe most of you hailed him while taunting Tinubu and yoruba at thesame time. Funny they no longer taunt Tinubu with used and dumped statement again, they now call him greedy. That means reality is begining to dawn on them that SW 2023 is a done deal. 64 Likes 7 Shares |

Obi1kenobi:People whose ancestors discovered and first settled down at a place are always incharge of the affairs of the place,by royalty or democratic. There can only be Exemption if they lose the control of their teritory to enemies through war or carelesness. From the days of our ancestors Indigenes were always suspicious of outsiders and always put them under scrutiny inorder to avoid losing power to them or to stop them from becoming more stronger. Pharaoh did it to the ancient israelites. Hitler did it. And it's still common in this generation. The blackman doesn't benefit thesame previlege as the white man in his country. Before you can work in UK as a Nigerian you'll need to get work permit from its govt. Mutiu Adepoju mised the chance of playing for Madrid first team because of the policy of the spanish govt. This is how it's all over the world, you don't expect the Yorubas to allow what isn't tolerated anywhere in the world in the name of being civil. The message is simple, work but don't medle with our politics. We have answers to whatever game you may come up with now or in the future, there are truely areas in lagos we have more Ibos than Yorubas but we can neutralise your numbers in such places by constructing verry high buildings and migrating Yorubas there. |

Obi1kenobi:You claim land belongs to the govt and not indegenes, and I ask who is the govt? It's thesame thing to say the land belongs to Indegenes or govt. Afterall, who are the people behind or expected to be behind the govt if not the indegenes. So if land belongs to govt as you alude to,it's safe to say it belongs to the indegenes. Abi Aliens or Angels are the govt? About the payment of land use charge,it shouldn't come as a surprise to you that Ibos and Yorubas are not paying equal amount in lagos, this is one the ways to afirm ownership. I'll be back... |
Politics / Re: Ajeromi Ifelodun House Of Reps Election Declared Inconclusive by Biety: 1:38pm On Mar 01, 2019 |
EMMAUGOH:When you are outside your region, land can only be leased and not sold to you in the real sense. So every land you think you've bought still belongs to the indigenes/govt, this is why you still pay land use charge annually. About the tension between yorubas and outsiders,it didn't start with Tinubu,it predates him, it used to be the Edo people at the centre of the tension before it shifted to SE folks. I can bet it that no ethnic group in Nigeria can relegate yorubas in lagos politics in the next 100yrs,even if you all join force to challenge us,we'll still come out on top. We know the result of allowing you to medle in our politics, this is why we are trying to stop it for the betterment of everybody. 1 Like |

EMMAUGOH:Even Imo indigenes residing and working in Anambra are not enjoying equal bnenefit wih the indegenes, same thing with your people living in SS,especially PH. Sons of the soil dictate things and setlers have to cooperate to avoid confrontation. It's ilogocal to say every southerner from another region should benefit equally with yorubas in SW,this happenes no where all over the world. You can do your business and thrive as much as you desire in lagos, but stay away from lagos politics. |
Politics / Re: Ajeromi Ifelodun House Of Reps Election Declared Inconclusive by Biety: 10:05am On Mar 01, 2019 |
EMMAUGOH:Let me state this, Ajeromi is not 75% Ibos as you eroneously put up there,it's one of the local govt Ibos populated by at least 95%. Ibos people are every where in the North as much as you are in SW , yet you dare not drag political posts with the hausas in their land because you know the consequences of doing such. Why do you think Ibos always run away from the North during election period and return to continue doing busines after the hausas might have apointed the candidate of their choice? What you people can't do in North ,you do it here and get away with it. With your number in the North, you can't influence their politics but in SW you think you deserve equal previlege with yorubas. There are areas in lagos that the hausas are more than the yorubas yet they know there boundary, they never drag anything with us. It's time to let you people know you are crossing the red line. 4 Likes |

.:Since yesterday you have been all over the place typing 4+4+4. I can feel your pain over the lose of Atiku because you and your kinsmen spent too much time on the social media, voluntarily working for Atiku, only for your expectation to be dashed. What a pity! As your efforts on the social media couldn't help Atiku to become the president, same way your efforts here won't be enough to stop SW presidency after Buhari. It's a done deal. Think verry well before you embark on another hate and envy inspired assignment that'll result in futility like the one you did for Jonathan and Atiku. My advice for you is to desist from fighting lost battle. Whether you and your people like it or not a yoruba man will take over from Buhari. 2 Likes |

Okupe supported Atiku, now he's telling him to accept defeat. Reno omokri has also indirectly congratulated the president. Economist is also doing same. More opposition politicians would surely do same in the coming days. But some people may say over their dead body would they congratulate the president, such people don't know that ability to move on and accept things as they unfold in life is one of the major ways to be happy in life. How can you live the next for years of your life feeling bitter and sad everyday about what you can't change? 1 Like |

Quorax:I can't just imagine how that can be posible. The North is often given the power it doesn't posses. By 2023 the presidency would return to the South, and an Igbo or Yoruba would emerge as president. Pls stop taking seriously everything you read or see on the social media. |

OP and any one asking this same question should remember that Aso rock is the place one would have expected Buhari to have a free ride, surprisingly he lost all the polling Units there to Atiku. If you can explain the reason(s) the president lost aso rock polling Units to Atiku, you have the right to demand why Buhari did not perform as expected in SW. If you can't provide answer to that you have no reason asking SW APC leaders any question. SW APC bigwigs and leaders gave their all for Buhari, that's why he got majority of the votes in the region. If you like you can say he got slight votes ahead of Atiku, that doesn't change the fact that he won Atiku in the region. 8 Likes 3 Shares |
