Concerning the pay, if directly recruited by IHS, the pay is nothing less than 150k after tax with other benefit like monthly data and airtime allowance up to #26k. but if IHS hijack you from one of their SBC, then the pay will get K leg. Right now, IHS is the one recruiting directly so we are in for something biggggggggg...

My bro interned with them for 6months earlier this year. That's what he was paid. Unfortunately he wasn't retained after the internship.

This ISAP is a training programme that will culminate into full time employment.

Internships are short-term and are not intended to result in employment

They pay 150k during 18 months ISAP. I don't know their pay after the program but One becomes a Manager or Specialist after the program.

Not bad for the present day Nigeria. Definitely Manager or specialist will earn higher than 150k.

IHS doesn't organize AC, it's straight to interview. I have worked for them as an FSE.

What's the remuneration during and after the ISAP training?

Since the test was organized by Workforce, it would most likely be AC. Then the names of those that pass this stage would be forwarded to IHS for interview proper.

Depends on the client Workforce is working for really, I know a couple of Companies that moved to interview right after the conclusion of online assesment.

I think we should link the similarities of the online assessment to the vacancy we responded to, l applied for an experience hire job advertised by PwC on behalf of a Federal Government Agency responsible for revenue accountability. One of the key requirements for the job is professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, CFA, CITN etc.

I also did the 30 minutes online assessment on Friday, 19 November, 2021 by 4.30pm. Tax and general questions, I am yet to receive any feedback from PwC. Fingers crossed.

I presume FactualSpeech and omodasolamary fall in this category.

Your explanation just shed light on the issue. I applied to the vacancy from PwC for its Regulatory (Legal) unit, I and other candidates wrote our online test on the 6th of November.

The questions were not law based but taxation and general business knowledge so I do not think the regulatory service is all about legal service.

The questions asked during my online assesment were drawn from tax and law. There were a good number of law questions.
