it has been rectified...you just go to the bank,don't be scared,and at the same time,don't shout...jst try to explain things,and they'll look into it for you. Tell them if its possible,they should send a mail to oau's accounts officer. She'll tell them how to go about it. Go with your payment details

that was the issue I had too...first check if ur name is among the list of unconfirmed payments,if it is...go to the bank

If you re having issues with ur payment confirmation,kindly go to the bank. Going to oau computer room is just a waste of time. Try to talk small sense to whoever attends to you,and try as much as possible to activate the puppy in you...u knw,the cute eyes.

The mistakes are rectified by the bank,cos oau would remit ur pay back to the bank and they'll have to repost the money into oau's account in the correct way. Just know that the causes of your issues my be as a result of that 3 digits before ur name on the payment slip,atleast that's what caused mine,and the bank goat didn't know.
