Here we go again, probably another sneaky attempt by Ghanaians on here to twist guilt into salvation lest they loose thire minds. Same happened with the Nigeria Embassy or whatnot building bulldozed down in Ghana. After it was obvious Ghana was in the wrong and Ghanaians on here lost all reasonable argument to prove they were right, they later returned, when all backs were turned, with some cockamamie tale that Geoffrey Onyeama Foreign Affairs Minister of Nigeria had admitted Nigeria was in the wrong. But when I went and looked into it, it was clear that the honourable minister had made no such claim. Evidence indeed proved Ghana was wrong, Nigeria simply decided to overlook their wrong doing in the name of diplomacy and it was this our leniency that Ghanaians tried to twist into Nigeria’s admittance of wrong.

Something is wrong with the Ghanaian character, something that I find frightening since apart from Nigeria all of Africa appear to share the trait, it is an inability to admit wrong. It’s as if when all evidence point to their wrongness and stare them in the face, something snaps in their mind and they do the equivalent of gibbering and drooling and to save themselves going mad entirely they blurt out any blithering crap that enter their skull and then leave in satisfaction that they have made a point and that the point means they are right and you wrong.

With this attitude of theirs, I might have wondered - if I didn’t know how stupid and unimaginative they are – why they bother debating in the first place instead of cutting to the end by placing their fingers in their ears, exclaiming, ‘ blah, blah, blah, blah, we win and you loose’.

Outburst of sentiments. No intelligence.

Wondering when this will hit front-page. The Nigerian traders were not honest from day one.

They don't talk about the way most of them disrespect their hosts. The way some of them insult Nigeria and its leaders thereby dragging the image of Nigeria in the mud.

The way they don't assimilate into the larger society but try to create another Nigeria within Ghana.

The way some of them are involved in illegal activities.

Both governments are doing well in trying to find a solution to the problem but the traders have to understand that they need to respect their hosts and their laws.

The locals also need to understand that there are a lot of Ghanaians doing various businesses in Nigeria.

Both countries need to do well to clear the misunderstandings and also do well to coexist in love and trust.

What was wrong with that simple question?

And to think of FFK always accuses PMB of tyranny.

I wonder the kind of education they get during training. Most Nigerian soldiers are so backward in their thinking, crude in their interactions with people and generally irresponsible. They think such displays inspire fear. All I see is a bunch of irresponsible cavemen acting like savages. May no military person ever rule Nigeria again.
