I av a strategy to build a low cost hostel rooms provided the land is a very dry one that doesn't need German floor b4 building

General charges are as follows
- Agency fees 10% of the cost of the land
- Legal fees 10% of the cost of the land. That’s if we are drafting your agreement. You’re free to choose your legal advisor.
- Survey Plan 200k per Plot - Registered survey with Red Copy.

But I’ll advice you to choose other areas in Abeokuta that will give you more profit.

Areas like Laderin Estate a Plot sells for 3.5m. To rent a 3 Bedroom flat starts from 500k to as much as 700k, 2 Bedroom starts from 350k to as much as 650k , mini flat starts from 200k to as much as 350k. The higher your rent means that the finishing is superb.

My best advice is to go to Laderin, then buy a Plot and fence in Obada. Use to sell for between 200-400k but now it’s 1.5m and climbing.
