It is website with a ".org" extension, and his asking price is $15k.

Please ehn....i was thinking Alter works like SH (in the sense that you list name and they register for you then when its sold they give u commission)

I've been submitting name and its been rejected so like this ehn, i submitted a name on SH and it was rejected so i submitted it on Alter and i just checked my mail and Alter accepted the name and wants to list for $1,899 and i'm being asked to verify ownership..

Can i ignore the mail and later when i have money i register the name and re-submit

Will the expert and teams of alter seeing i've not verified and checked and finds out the name is un-registered and register it themselves?

Register it when you have the money. They won't register it themselves. Someone else might though.

Not necessarily. Majority of my accepted names on BB were on ED for months before I registered them.

If you feel its a name that makes sense, go ahead and register it.

How does it help in closing a sale and when is it wise to use it.

You use it either when you have reached an agreement with a buyer, or when a buyer makes an offer.

If you have reached an agreement with a buyer, you add a new lead on dan with the buyer's details. Dan then sends an email to the buyer with instructions on how to proceed with the purchase. This feature attracts a lesser comission of 5%.

If a buyer makes an offer, but you are not satisfied, you could also import a new lead with the price offered, and continue the negotiation on Dan's platform.

My observation

When Beckplanet posted his SH Domain, Hempigo.com, I went to look for some suffixes. And I found igo, ido, ova and viva and some more. I wish I could submit Pawigo.com but someone did it before me and that made me to believe my suffixes.
By submitting Pawigo, I went to submit Pawido.com but rejected.
I saw Nowova.com and I submitted Pawova.com also rejected.
I saw Lawviva.com and I submitted Pawviva.com and also rejected lolzzz...

I think I'm still doing something wrong, but we move

You're on the right path. You've discovered common suffixes, but for some reason you're sticking to the same prefix.

Try and discover other common prefixes, and combine them. Also, not all prefixes and suffixes are synergistic. You should have that at the back of your mind.
