nursing is like a crude oil, so rich that you as an individual need to find out your interest area.its all about doing what you are passionate about;thats the only way you are going to enjoy the profession.i wants you to set career goals for yourself; set a time to achieve those goal.yes there might be frustration and distraction but never mind;pursue your goals.nursing administration in a challenging and interesting aspect of nursing;and there are several management courses you can do to add value to yourself.please dont be afraid,be optimistic.i have bsc.nursing administration too.today i work with an health insurance company to practice my administrative nursing.there are several places you can work base on your career goals.if you dont mind;you can paste those goals here,i might be able to help in advising you and i believe fellow nurses here will also contribute immensely. cheers
