@xanders.....I noticed that the mini partition tool does not see the other partitions wen view using the tecno phone as d reader ...but d fat32 partition shows d size I gave it when partitioning(which is kinda looking good)...plz I nid u to tell me if I am on track

i luv this rom tho....I flashed it in, no stress...partitioned my sd,card, easy....gta3 now plays smoothly with all effects on....but I noticed that tecno n3 is not really good with games that have large obb files(just closes at will)...so I would suggest that u guyz should download large games with ''data'' files...e.g. I didn't experience any problem playing gangster rio(1.92gb)....cuz it wuz a data file game

Oahray: na wa o. Superuser ALWAYS works on a rooted phone, but only on a rooted phone. So when your phone is factory reset and you lose the root access, superuser can no longer work until you reroot. Get it now?

hakunajay: Lucky patcher helps you verify application license or stop/remove license verification of apps. it is useful especially if you want to use some paid/not free apps that you got FREELY through other means.... You got my drift?

Chizak....I neva said a bricked n3 can be flashed(even if carl care can still bring it back to life)...I clearly stated that dumping rom iz possible but didn't work for those that tried it....

Open d folder u extracted, if it haz a file that looks lyk "blablabla.obb"....den move it to android/obb....if it doesn't have those kinda files, move to android/data

In addition that same guru can state in steps 123, how to get the N3 rooted.....

Dude use any file manager...just rename...den change d name frm pes12.zip to pes12.rar.....den locate it wif unrar

That's why I said tecno haz not made dem available for download....but right now d only way to get them is to do a rom dump(I don't rily knw how efficient that is gonna be though )

It's backing up ur rom, simply put, and ur rom being the operating system of ur droid device....I don't knw hw to do it, cuz every1 that haz done a rom dump for n3 complainz that their recovery.img or one file or the other will end up not working
U can contact brainrex for more info on n3 rom dump, he haz done it b4

Don't run mad bro, it happend to me too....here's wat I did
Download "unrar" or "7zipper"
In order to use unrar, I changed d extension of d pes2012.zip to pes2012.rar....den I located it using unrar den unrar will extract d filez
I've not rily used 7zipper for dis particular operation, but it myt work(dunno)....but unrar is sure to work...just make sure u change d file extension to ".rar" it will work

They are meant for flashing in stock roms or recovery, just incase u brick ur fone
E.g recovery.img, system.tar..e.t.c

pj3400: My phone was rooted when I use try try factory reset it. Now have rooted it again and its working perfectly. I also rooted my T3 also. Are u telling me that even if u don't root your phone, that it can't force close some applications? Awaiting ur answer to my question.

Some applicationz misbehave even without rooting, I wuz just speakin frm experience....I rooted my n3, didn't touch any system file, factory resseted it, tried to root it agaain, poot showed me three optionz, but superuser alwayz force closes weneva I opened it for d first time, nd wen I tried to use root checker it still said that I didn't hav root access, but my poot wuz showin 3optionz at d time, meaning I had root....
Summary:- superuser wuz not giving necessary permissionz to root checker, so root checker didn't knw I had root....nd d superuser started getting faulty after factory reset
Lesson:- alwayz dump rom before u factory reset or hard reset ur n3

Oahray: Uber crap! Factory reset unroots the phone. Tis why superuser stops working. It does not stop you from rerooting. Stop the misinformation.

Because superuser will stop granting u access afta factory reset...and weneva u open it for d first time, it will force close....that's d side effect of rooting a tecno n3......and for nw tecno haz nt strtd giving out their flash files for download....so if u've gaind initial root access don't factory reset

Of course...it's just that dia are some permissionz in d settings that can be granted to root users only....but for d normal file managing, it works on nonrooted fonez
