ipswitch: Yes all of you are excited about shiloh and i ve got no problem with that. Only make sure that you also prepare your soul for heaven. I ve watched most of your shiloh dvd and the messages you people are saturated with there are mostly of earthly gain. Sermons that talks about preparation for heaven are very scarce in shiloh. Whatever you are acquiring in life, preparation for where you ll spend eternity remains the uppermost. From all i can gather from your posts here you people are excited about shiloh because of one earthly gain or the other you have been blessed with through it. Remembrr, Jesus is coming soon. Spend more time to pray for heavenly preparation in this shiloh than praying for all these earthly gains. God bless you all.

Is transference of the spirit an " earthly thing'? Tah! Continue to dull urself! A case of being over critical...All children of God are there now or at viewing centres, y not go for it and free ur soul

...thats like jesus too, he talked more about the blessings of the kingdom than any other thing. His ministry was sumarise thus, 'who went about doing good and healing all that were oppresed of the devil'. And why dont u listen to all the messages for the year before u draw conclusions.. And in all those mesages of shiloh that you heard is their any where they said these earthly gains are automatics? Are their no conditions like loving God, loving your neighbor, forgiveness, spiritual service, holiness? If you realy heard shiloh tapes you would have heard all these as well.

kelvinlink: @Winners in Ð house.....Double Double portion of all the outpouring of God's blessings τσ us all in Jesus Name..Amen!

Pls ωheη i§ today evening program kicking off??

I§ it by 7pm just like yesterday?

Τσ all true Winners.....Please kindly stop exchanging rhetoric sarcasm with anyone....For real!

Everyone i§ entitled τσ their opinions, beliefs, perception, views and conclusions...Respect that!

Don't allow yourself τσ be drawn into unnecessary cycle of subtlety or overtly abusive discussions...!!

Everyone has inalienable rights τσ their personal or generalized perception....Everyone....So, Respect that....!!

I Personally Joined Winners in 2009 after i fell ill τσ a terminal affliction...(TERMINAL)...in all the sense of the WORD....TERMINAL.

I attended the 2009 Youth convention in August and on the Last Day...Bishop David Oyedepo shared a Testimony of a Married Woman who was earnestly believing God for her own baby after several years of Marriage....!

During his closing farewell prayer blessings τσ everyone....He Stirred up her faith by challenging anyone present searching for the "Fruit of the Womb" τσ step outside and pick "Anything on the Soil of CanaanLand and eat it" and the problem will be solved.

This woman simply went outside after the service and pack a small portion of "Sand" on the ground, ωheη she got home, "She mixed it with her Tea and drank it...."SHE DRANK SAND WITH TEA"!

Nine months Later...She delivered a healthy bouncing baby....GLORY TO GOD!

Ωheη I heard this awe testimony....It greatly stirred up M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ faith, after the service, i went out of the Church and plucked a flower and even uprooted the entire small flower plant!

Ωheη I Got home later that night...I prayed emotionally with tears....proceeded τσ devour entirely the flower plant and also the root!

Woke up hale and hearty the next day and intentionally didn't take M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ quite "specialized expensive drugs"....! Did that for several days and i was of good health!

Later decided τσ go for another test...The result was...."NEGATIVE"...Its a Miracle!! (Hepatitis 2....turned Negative)

Miracles do happen peeps...they do!

Let me also add that ....before then (M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ affliction) i didn't give a "poo" bout church and i wasn't deep neck into GOD! Though i believed in God, but that was just it....#Just Casual.

But M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ affliction humbled me! Drew me closer τσ God. It made me realize consciously how "HUMAN" i truly am.

GOD i§ for real people...HE I§ FoR REAL. And He works true Bishop David Oyedepo....Its the Living Word of Faith at work!

I won't even try τσ make ‎U̶̲̥̅ like him or change Ɣ☺ΰ'r perception of his Ministry....#There i§ no point for that!

I know that Most people except Atheist believe in God Almighty.....the problem i§ they don't believe those who claim τσ be God's servants on Earth (The Pharisees/Saducees believed in God almighty, but doubted the Claims of our Lord Jesus christ τσ be God's own Son)!

And I honestly don't blame a lot of people...Really! With all the Negative controversies surrounding the body of christ (Churches) these days.....!! People do have genuine reasons τσ scrutinize the affairs of ministers of God and their ministry!

I personally believe a lot of God purpose driven churches should be massively publicizing their humanitarian/welfare outreach programs like Prophet TB Joshua i§ doing right now!

A lot of people don't honestly know that churches do help a lot of their members financially...A lot!!

Lastly....there i§ nothing absolutely wrong in payment of offerings and tithes...Most people do know that! What bothers then i§ the scope of the USAGE of those funds!

#Winners and Proud....!!

.... Well said my brother, well said. The church do need to publicise some of its good works like jesus said, let your light so shine among men that they may see your good works and glorify your father that is in heaven.. The church in this land is doing far more than even what the goverment of the land is doing for the people!

emusmith:

Judas Is Carriot...the thief, u know, said something alike...He said, y are we waisting dis expensive perfume on Jesus, y don't we sell it and give to poor, orphans...JESUS‘ REPLY WAS, THE POOR YOU HAVE ALWAYS, SATISFY MY NEEDS FIRST. SHIILOH VOW THINGS on my mind... Whistling...
...well said my brother! People keep talking of giving to the poor, how many of you here have given as much as oyedepo and the winners family have given to the poor? There are hundreds of thousands of families that are been fed by that man daily, hundreds of thousands of students on his schoolarship. As far back as 1996, winners chapel has been shiping food to war ravages countries in africa through its agip program.. Koma hills? It was winners chapel and oyedepo that pioneered mission work their feeding the people, providing schools and hospitals. The first time they wore clothes was when winners chapel took it there.. This isnt just in koma hills but in hundreds of location around the world. And yet you hypocrite here just criticise blindly. The press will tell u oyedepo will tell u oyedepo has gotten the 5th jet but they wont tell u what good works, they use those jets to carry out. They wont tell you how those jets flies out to the corner of the world taking not just the gospel to them but also taking food and relief materials.. An average church in winners chapel, has welfare for its members, community development programs for where its located. Tell me which welfare program does the FG has for the people of this nation. I can go on and on and tell you how oyedepo and the winners family are affecting millions of lives all over the world..and yet many folks sits here and criticise. What have you done with your own life in your little world. What lives have you impacted? Thats what you should bother yourself and stop talking about oyedepo and his wealth, as if he is thd only one that has the responsibility of taking care of all the poor people in the world.

Deep Sight: Earlier this week (Tuesday, I believe) Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo was at HICC Church in Gbagada as a Guest Preacher.

He informed the audience that there is something he does which is called a 24 hour blessing in which those who tap into it receive a huge blessing within 24 hours. According to the Pastor, Those who wanted this special blessing were to come out and line up and sow a seed of USD $ 240.00 (Two hundred and forty USD).

He informed the congregation that there is also another special blessing which requires paying $100 and also asked those paying this sum to come out and form a second line.

He further said that those who wanted both special blessings should come forth and form a third queue between both queues and come out with $340.

All queues were full, long and crowded.

I was informed of this by a relative of mine who is a member of the Church and was filled with disgust.

He wondered why these "blessings" are not available to those who could not afford such sums.
....the people who gave ddnt complain why are ye spiritual fools here complaining?

I too was wondering where this kind of thinking came from...

Goshen360:

Nobody criticize anybody or MoG for prosperity, healing is the children's bread and such is prosperity also. What we stand against is the means by which these MoG acquire the prosperity. I'm rich because Christ denied himself for me though he was rich but became poor so that I through his sacrificial poverty might be rich but when I defraud other to get rich in the name of God is falsehood. This is the sound doctrine we teach.
..pls give proofs of how they defraud or shut up. This is a nation where people talk without concrete and specific proofs. How come the people that are been defrauded by these pastors aint complaining but people like you.

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Are Muslim Imams Not Buying Private Jets? by biggybig(f): 2:20pm On Nov 13, 2012
nokingasgod: 1. Honestly, morally and Godly speaking, they do not need it neither do the Bishops too.

2. Truly, they may desire it but fortunately for their souls, they do not have access to such fraudulent funds. Islam does not permit it. How much zaqat does the Chief Imam want to collect on how many Fridays for him to misappropriate in buying a private jet?

3. Godly, in this regard, Islam is closer to God and is godlier than Christianity. Islam preaches a better way of wealth re-distribution and commitment to a ''Godly'' cause whereas Christianity is vulnerable to manipulations and fraudulent leaderships.
....realy?better wealth distribution?godlier than xtianity, wondaful?how many schools have islam built n dis country compare to the ones built by churches?how many hospitals?how many missions to war torn countries hav islam organise?how many ships of food, relief materials, have islam shipped to countries like somalia?there is a place called koma hills n nigeria, lots of christian missions are there transforming the peoples lives. Do we have any muslim mission there?

Solution? Separate? I never thought i would say that years back, but as i studied the history of Africa i discovered basically africa is well over a 1000 different nations, kingdoms merged into less than over 50 states because of the selfish interest of a few colonial masters. Thats is why today nothern and souther sudan are separated, its the reason for thw war in somalia, rwanda etc. People of differing culture, language, interest, values, characters, forced to live together! How long can two walk together when they don't agree?

Interesting thread, we cannot fully appreciate where we are going, the future, until we understand where we come from, the past. This is why this thread is important. I will go back to what tafawa balewa and awolowo said in 1948 and 1947 respectively. Tafawa speaking said,' since 1914 the british goverment has been trying to make Nigeria into one country, but the nigerian people themselves are historically different in their backgrounds, in their religious beliefs and customs and do not show themselves any signs of willingness to unite, Nigerian unity is only a british invention!'. Now papa Awo, ' Nigeria is not a nation. It is a mere geographical expression. There are no nigerians in the same sense as there are english, welsh, or french. The word Nigerian is merely a dsitinctive appelation to distinguish those who live within the boundaries of Nigeria and those who do not?'. Is there any sign today that this amalgamation of many nations would work? Few weeks back there were protest over the palpable corruption in Gej's govermnet, fuels subsidy and all other matters arising. some part of the nation protested, the other part felt this is there SON, lets support him. The yoruba have been crticised for the protest, forgetting that during obasanjo's time the yorubas were also his greatest critic. Where is the unity in all this? Solution?separate!

Restore normalcy with soldiers? Is that how advanced democracies restores normalcy in their own countries? with soldiers, tanks and not police? Normalcy? Where people were dancing, jumping, laughing, making speeches, even selling with police having fun too? Its GEJ that needs his head to be restore to normalcy.

Just because some people want to support their kinsmen, their GEJ, they will go to any extent to lie. The peaceful, well organised peaceful, entertaining protest at ojota attended by well meaning nigerians from all walks of life where people were seeing dancing, laughing with no record of death, or violence, is now been derided by some funny GEJ kinsmen on this site as lawless?lawless?peaceful protest as lawless? Going as far as to insinuate that the protest in ojota will automatically cause shut down of the oil wells in niger delta? Haba! Na wa o. This same people were on the streets when ur puppet GEJ was been held captive by the turai cabal. This same Soyinka was part of the protest march? Question is where were all of you running your mouth? The protest then wasnt called lawless, bt simply because its against you now, you called it lawless. Whats the essence of this nation when people here bring up tribal issues? Abeg make u go with your oil wells, who need them?long before your oil wells were discovered, the south west have had in place the first university, first tv statio, railway, first of everything! We have always been ahead because we use our head and not because of oil wells!

muami:

Where was Afenifere when the Niger Delta was militarized?
As far as I am concerned , any miscreants that disturbs the peace of the land should be summarily dealt with!
how does peaceful protest disturbs the peace of the land? It is boko haram and jona haram that is disturbing the peace of the land. On christmas boko haram send many to their early graves, this emperor did nothing, sent no soldiers, except to smile after a meeting with the sultan of sokoto. Peaceful people are protesting he sent tanks and soldiers. Soldiers are trained to kill not to maintain peace, thats why their barracks are far removed from the people! It is this same people who stage a peaceful protest for you until the turai cabal let go off you to become president. I wonder where the likes of asari dokubo and u and all your so called southerners and niger deltans supporters were. Inside the house i guess, cowards. Its the same people you now want to kill?

The whole nation has been on standstill for 5days and GEJ feels there are other beta things to do than to resolve the impasse, whoever agrees with him is even more stupid than he!
