analyst2000:And I assume you follow every law, principle and standards of God? So many people are so presumptuous in their service to God and that is one of the reasons he struck Uzah dead for touching the arc of convenant. You need to follow the principles of the Bible and understand that judgement is the lords alone! |
Evangkatsoulis:About their ignorance and myopic thinking! |
How do we get this to front page in order to shed more light, re educate people, create awareness, preach tolerance so as to reduce level of religious intolerance and chaos in the world at large. I know we have a long way to go, but the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step! |
Religion is the world’s greatest undoing and it is high time people stop perpetuating crimes - mass killings, hate crimes et al under the guise of religion. This gesture is a really good start. An acknowledgment of all the ills meted on LGBTQ and probably other protected class. But we still have a long way to go. Continue to preach tolerance and acceptance! Live and let live!

I have never really liked Yemi Alade try as hard as I want!! I give it to Tiwa, babe too classy!! |
Hazardd:Read the post again! |
calliope:Thank you! |
Hanendez:You are quoting the passage to the wrong person bro! Nigeria needs every passage quote you can lay your hands on... Oh wait I forgot, religion doesn't help a country, common sense does!! |
lordcyl3:The way u hate gays is the same way an Islamic extremist hates you! The goal here is just to live and let live! The world is full of so much diversity and for it to be peaceful, we must learn tolerance!! |
Afrok:If a man kills another man due to religious misunderstanding, does he get a free pass due to freedom of expression? |
As written on Facebook by Bunmi Laditan! May God bless her soul!

The idiot took the post down because he knows this time, he erred!! |

I was surprise at the pic he put up on his Instagram today, with laughing emojis in regards to the mass shoot out and killings in Florida earlier today. An American-born man who'd pledged allegiance to ISIS gunned down 50 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando -- the deadliest mass shooting in the United States and the nation's worst terror attack. Death is never something anyone should joke or laugh about!! This is very disappointing and I am at a loss of words to express my disgust for such behavior!!

zelexotunla:exactly my point! |
tunapawizzy:i pray so because she is a truly talented artist. She needs to employ a professional to help with her public appearances! |
titosantana:thank you! |
babyfaceafrica:exactly my point! |
nursegirl:its ok to be honest with some diplomacy. |
nursegirl:I am not denying that the things she said may be true, I am just saying that there are things especially when it has to do with family that has better left unsaid in public. Just because Teebilz did her wrong by washing their dirty linens in the public does not warrant her to reciprocate with same! If she has pleaded privacy for her family during this trying times, she would have gained respect in the long run! |
I listened to Tiwa's interview on pulse tv and I was appalled by the things she said! Tiwa has no business being in showbiz with all she spilled - it was totally uncalled for! Zero charisma, zero diplomacy, zero decorum!!! Tiwa forgot the simple rule of silence being golden. It will take the grace of God, total packaging and a lot of hard work to revive her career. I wish her all of God's favor and grace! |
GMan650:yes |
endy4oxide:I can't hate on your statement, it's your opinion and everyone is entitled to one. |
I agree, the matter don old but sometimes we need to call a spade a spade and tackle issues like this head on! |
Well deserved! |
Nairalanders your input would be greatly appreciated! |
I have been silent on this issue for a while until I saw a post uploaded by Tiwa Savage's husband, Teebillz and subsequent replies that followed the post on social media. One of the replies that caught my attention was the poster that said "name how many stars Don Jazzy don produce and I don't want to hear Dr.Sid, D'prince, Reekado et al. Really? Nigerians, are you guys that ungrateful or too quick to forget? It absolutely blew my mind away that people will compare Adekunle Gold, lil kesh, pheelz and young John to everything that Don Jazzy and his team has accomplished. D'banj and Tiwa Savage's success story alone is enough reason to show you all that Olamide and Don Jazzy are not in the same league. As we speak, no artiste from Olamide's camp has a single endorsement. I have said it before and I will to say it again, releasing club hits does not justify the quality of a song or its international appeal - If it is a lie then everyone would be able to afford a Tom Ford! or better still you can ask Terry G. Olamide's behavior at the headies shows that he had been harboring resentments towards Don Jazzy and all he needed was a little spark to go off. Imagine his silence even after being called a thief on twitter by D'banj's producer, compare that to writing an epistle of insults just because Don Jazzy asked him to come and collect the car. That by the way is the only blame I have with Don Jazzy, he should have just collected his award and leave the stage - afterall, silence they say is golden. For those of you supporting Olamide and refusing to tell him the truth, all I can say is continue, time shall tell!!! Peace!! |
I really don't understand what the fuss is about! Lil kesh's song may be more popular, it does not by any means make them better!! Reekado banks has more fans than lil kesh - u can confirm from social media to clear ur doubts!! The caliber of fans the mavin crew has is completely different from Ybnl fans! People were asked to vote for their favorite acts and lil kesh kept imploring his fans to vote for him, even more than the other artistes in the category. There is no need for the desperation!! Olamide needs to really watch it, I noticed his puffed ego when I listened to eyan mayweather - pride goes before a fall!!! |
vizkiz:Na wa sha! Back in the day, this average size of tiwa would have been the epitome of beauty! These days, if you are not broom thin, you are regarded as ugly! I guess is the westernized standard being used as a yard stick! Hypocrites, you pick and choose standards u import from the west as it suits you!!! |
Hiploko:These are two different issues altogether |
Nigerians ready to insult anybody when it comes to dbanj matter, ha!!! The dude must dey baff with special soap! |
