Regional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To sustain and enhance targeted gross revenue in respective Zone by effective implementation of planned strategies that aim at improving distribution channel.

2.Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

Good Bachelors degree in marketing or any other related field, MSC is of great advantage

3.Relevant Experience
5 -7 years experience preferably in FMCG&Consumer Durables

1. Recommend measures to increase regional sales from existing & new retailers
To achieve regional recharge sales

2.Coordinate all sales activities so that sales turnover are optimized
3.Timely communication of all schemes /product launches to distributors and retailers
4. Achieve Gross Pre Paid targets

5. Maximize sales through effective execution and implementation of placement and distribution strategies
6. Manage, train and develop Field Sales

Sales Executives

qualification:
A good university degree or HND in a related course
Work Experience – 3-5 years mininum experience in food/Beverages industry only
Computer literate
Smart, Sharp and Honest.

Must be ready to meet customers, explain our product offerings and bag sales orders for Sales Reps to deliver goods.

Must be ready to work late evenings during Marketing Activations at Clubs, Bars, Supermarkets.

Must be ready to work on weekends also during events (Overtime allowance will be given)

Chemist/ laboratory technician

Requirements
BSC in biochemistry or pharmacology [chemistry main subject]
5 to 7 years experience in industrial gases/chemical industry or in related field.

Experienced in handling any type of gases and their calibration.

Boiler Operator
Requirements
BSc Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
3-5 years working experience as a Boiler Operator in a food/beverage company.

Maintenance Manager

Requirement
Bsc Electrical Engineering or any related course
3-5years working experience as maintenance expert .
Must be able to perform administrative functions
Must be able to perform all maintenance function in the organization
